Here are the result!

Alolan Golem/Golem - TheLeviMeta 3, MegaFlareon 2, Spooks 3, Samtendo09 1, Yung Dramps 1
Unfezant - Samtendo09 2, Tmi489 2, Yung Dramps 2, Scoopapa 2
Toucannon
- Samtendo09 3, Tmi489 1, Scoopapa 1, MegaFlareon 2, Gravity Monkey 1, Yung Dramps 1

I used a random picker to throw a vote. The following are: Spook's Golem Evolution and Tmi489's Unfezant Evolution. Meanwhile, I had won the Toucannon evolution.

Pre-Evolution: Golem
Pokémon Name: Gigoni
Type:

Abilities
: Solid Rock/Sturdy (Bulletproof)
Stats: 100 / 120 / 145 / 55 / 75 / 45 | BST: 535
New Moves: Shore Up, Stone Slam, Bullet Punch
Custom Elements: Stone Slam: Rock-type Thousand Waves clone
Description: Gigoni grows a gem on it's forehead, and some of it's stones become round with markings on them. Several rock chunks float around Gigoni, as if Gigoni itself was a planet.
Competitive Uses: Capitalizing off of what Golem is, which is a Stealth Rock setter with capabilities of Hyper Offense, Gigoni takes this to a whole other level. Usual sets involving Weakness Policy mean Gigoni can set up and then use a boosted Bullet Punch, either killing, or making a great chip. Pileup allows it to retain a defensive staple, allowing for a more defensive Lefties/Toxic set, making it even better with the trapping ability of Thousand Waves.

Pre-Evolution: Golem-Alola
Pokémon Name: Gigoni-Alola
Type:

Abilities
: Magnet Pull/Sturdy (No Guard)
Stats: 100 / 120 / 145 / 55 / 75 / 45 | BST: 535
New Moves: Shore Up, Zap Cannon, Dynamic Punch
Description: Gigoni-Alola gets several yellow stones in it's beard, as well as a gem on it's forehead.
Competitive Uses: Can actually punish Steel-types now!
Pre-Evolution: Unfezant
Pre-Evo New Moves: Slash, Reversal, Double Kick
Pre-Evo Competitive Uses: Outclassed mostly by Beautifowl, Unfezant still is bulky with the power of Eviolite on its side. It has 50% crit STAB slashes and can be a bulkier, less useful Wish passer than its evolution. Also not weak to Faries.

Pokémon Name: Barfowl [Barf + Fowl]
Pokémon Typing: Fighting / Flying
Abilities: Big Pecks / Safe Strikes / Rivalry
Stats: 90 HP (+10) / 130 (+15) Atk / 90 (+10) Def / 75 (+10) SpA / 65 SpD / 113 (+20) Spe | 553 (+65) BST
New Moves: Drill Peck, Slash, Superpower, Reversal, Double Kick, Triple Kick, Pursuit, Belch, Acid
Custom Elements:
Safe Strikes: Attack and Accuracy of Physical moves are increased by *1.2, but are unable to critical.
Code: https://pastebin.com/g0U5d3fs
Height + Weight: 1.5m / 35 kg
Description: Barfowl has been tinted green from consumption of urban food, including settling into trash. It can settle into trash dumps over other Pokemon due to its fighting prowess. It has also adapted to the smog of the cities, able to attack with some precision. It still is unable to handle poison very well. Both Males and Females can become Barfowls with enough outside influence.
Competitive Uses: Barfowl acts as a Z-Move wallbreaker with U-Turn. Its speed stat creeps on the Lati twins, Kartana, etc, allowing it to threaten them with high power attacks. Superpower and the Fighting type also pair well in eliminating much of Flying's resists, making the user to play around its stat drops. It also acts as a fast taunt user, and somewhat threatens psychics with U-Turn+Pursuit.
Is It Overpowered?: While Barfowl has a fairly high attack stat along with its ability, it has to use Superpower to damage anything that resists Flying. It is then forced out with a nonthreating U-Turn. It has a hard time switching in with slightly below average defenses. It is revenge killed by faster special attackers like Scarf Lele and Greninja. Pokemon like Landrous-T, Beautifowl, Slowbro, and Tangrowth can easily wall/lure the Z-Move. It also can't set up, making the higher attack less meaningful.
Z-Fightinium (Barfowl) @ Fightinium Z
Ability: Safe Strikes
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Drill Peck
- Superpower
- Pursuit / Roost / Taunt / Defog
- U-turn

Scarf (Barfowl) @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Safe Strikes
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Superpower
- Drill Peck
- Defog
- U-turn

Pokémon Name: Beautifowl (Beautiful + Fowl)
Pokémon Typing: Fairy / Flying
Abilities: Big Pecks / Super Luck / Cute Charm
Stats: 130 HP (+50) / 100 (-15) Atk / 105 (+25) Def / 55 (-10) SpA / 85 (+30) SpD / 68 (-15) Spe | 553 (+65) BST
New Moves: Sky Snipe, Play Rough, Disarming Voice, Dazzling Gleam, Moonblast, Slash, Reversal, Double Kick, Whirlwind
Custom Elements:
Sky Snipe: 80BP Flying Contact with increased Crit. (Drill Run clone with 100% accuracy)
Height + Weight: 1m / 21 kg
Description: Takes more inspiration from Tranquill and Pidove. Males have peacock like pink feathers attract humans to give it food. Females are still a dull colour, but with a pink hue. This was once the default evolution of Unfezant, but urban influence made them adapt.
Competitive Uses: A bulky utility fairy type who can pass Wishes and Defog somewhat easily. It acomplishes this over its Eviolite pre-evolution with a much higher HP stat and a better, threatening, typing. It prevents itself from being too much of set up fodder with 50% or 100% crit Sky Snipes or phazing. Also somewhat handles Intimidaters with its bulk and crits.
Is It Overpowered?: Beautifowl faces extremely heavy moveslot syndrome, unable to use many of its utility options, and mostly locked into mono-STAB. Sky Snipe's perfect crit is appealing, but is heavily resisted (Steel resists both STABs) and comes off a relatively weak stat/type. Its role as a U-Turn user (and Defogger) is hampered by a Rocks weakness.
undefined

Pre-Evolution: Toucannon
Pokémon Name: Koukaboom (Kaboom + Koucan (Hawaiian of Toucan))
Pokémon Typing:

Abilities: Intimidate / Skill Link | Sheer Force (HA)
Stats: 100 HP / 130 Atk / 110 Def / 55 SpA / 90 SpD / 60 Spe | 555 BST
New Moves: Pecking Fury, Flare Blitz, Iron Head, Double-Edge, Earthquake, Bulldoze, Rock Slide, Stone Edge, Self-Destruct, Explosion
Custom Elements: Pecking Fury (Flying-type Bullet Seed clone.)
Height + Weight: 1.7 m, 58 kg
Description: The beak of Koukaboom now have a darker red tip, and the irises become red. Although its feathers now sports darker red feathers and the yellow feathers become longer, it now sports a notably confident and smug expression compared to the grumpier Toucannon's perpetual expression. The wings also have bright yellow tips on the frontal side, which brights when using certain moves such as Flare Blitz, Beak Blast and Explosion.
Competitive Uses: Be it a set up wallbreaker (Skill Link, Sheer Force) or a physical wall (Intimidate), Koukaboom isn't someone you wanna mess with. Its signature move, Pecking Fury, is made for Skill Link, as it allows it to put a headache into anything that doesn't resist Flying. Steel-types coming at you? It got both Earthquake and Flare Blitz, which means that not even Heatran would stand much of a chance, especially if Koukaboom is healthy, and Sheer Force + Flare Blitz means Steel-type switching in is absolutely out of question. Intimidate, alongside its good Physical bulk, can make life difficult for even Physical wallbreakers, as Koukaboom can just heal off with Roost for the defensive movesets, and Beak Blast that inflict burn against contact abusers doesn't make the situation any better (unless the contact user is a Fire-type).
Is It Overpowered?: It is slow, so faster Special Attacking threats (especially with super effective STABs) can make a quick work out of Koukaboom, though since it can use Earthquake, Electric-type isn't the best unless you are Zapdos... but Skill Link Rock Blast will likely beat that one from a boosted Koukaboom. Burn/Toxic/Paralysis (doesn't work against Rest Koukaboom) and Intimidate can also stick a severe wrench into its gears, and Stealth Rocks can whittle its HP pretty quickly if switched in. While it can be unpredictable because of its three useful Abilities, its Normal/Flying isn't really the best for either offensive or defensive roles, and as such it compete with Landorus-T, Zapdos and Celesteela that have better typing, but doesn't have more Abilities thus made them more predictable (or Landorus-T not really a master of all in comparison).
The information would be added in the spreadsheet at tomorrow. In the meanwhile, you can discuss about any of the winners. I will announce the next slate at either tomorrrow or the next day.

golem-a without galvanizeeee
  • The Gigoni line's major problem is that they're purely defensive evolutions. They (more so for Alolan) run the risk of being outclassed by Eviolite Golem. Gigoni-K at least circumvents this with Solid Rock.
  • Gigoni-K It won't use non-STAB Bullet Punch, especially no power buff from Golem->Gigoni. Stone Slam'll make it interesting - it allows Gigoni to lure in its weaknesses (and even survive some with Solid Rock!) for a teammate to handle them.
  • Gigoni-A faces too many speed issues, and without a power or speed boost, it is inferior to Eviolite Golem-A as a Magnet Puller. At least it has No Guard Zap Cannon?
  • Fowls: I can't really theorymon more on my evolutions so i'll say that i'm glad i'm lucky and that rnging isn't the best. Also might want to remove Pursuit if its too strong against future psychic types.
  • Koukaboom is something I like and will probably abuse Band over anything else. Skill Link Flame Charge is interesting but prob. hard to set up.

Also, I think that Dustox should be able to retain a lower BST than Beautifly if because of better type / stat distribution.

Slate 3: Grass-type Sappin' Mah Strength!
(Vileplume + Bellossom, Victreebel and Jumpluff)

Vileplume is a decent choice in the NU tier, but otherwise isn't much viable in VGC, OU and Doubles OU. Bellossom was not even NU or even PU, and is an untiered pure Grass-type. Like Shiftry and Ludicolo, both suffers from underwhelming base stats and situational Abilities, and Mega Venusaur is miles better than Vileplume in term of consistent viability.

The two are brenched evolution, so if you want to build an Evolution for one of them, be sure to build one for another as well for a paired submission. Bellossom's Evolution musn't be Grass/Poison as to keeping distinction between it and Vileplume's evolution. The two can learn Strength Sap and Bellossom can use Quiver Dance, so bear these in mind. One Ability and one Hidden Ability for each.

Compared to Bellossom, Victreebel is certainly a runt among Grass/Poison-type. Although it does have good Attack and Special Attack, it is off-set by weak defenses and slow Speed, and while Gluttony can be somewhat useful, Chlorophyll isn't good enough as Victreebel's base speed is still too low to worth the risk.

Branching allowed. Bear in mind that, like the two above, it can learn Strength Sap. One Ability and one Hidden Ability. As it is Grass/Poison like Vileplume, try to give Victreebel's evolution(s) some roles that will stand out among the crowd, such as a Sun abuser with Growth and a type combination that make it fear less about Fire-types.

Jumpluff is deceptively good in 1v1 tier and have decent results in VGC once you get the hang of these and figures out Jumpluff's potentials... But alas, that's all I can say about Jumpluff's viability. Sleep Powder + Leech Seed sounds dangerous on paper, but switching is a thing in anything not 1v1, and Sleep Powder isn't a really reliable sleep-inducing move anyways. Its Grass/Flying doesn't help it either, although you may try making its evolution to do crazy stuff that would be borked on something with a much better offensive and defensive typing.

Branching allowed. And yes, just like the three above, Jumpluff is already capable to learn Strength Sap (notice the title?), and even Cotton Guard on top of that. Two Abilities and one Hidden Ability.

Pokémon Name: Awaymbel
Type:

Abilities
: Chlorophyll/Aerilate (Unburden)
Stats: 75 / 105 / 80 / 75 / 95 / 125 | BST: 555
New Moves: Bramble Roll, Spiky Shield, Fake Out
Custom Elements: Bramble Roll: Grass-type Take Down clone. Sets a Layer of Spikes if it misses.
Description: Awaymbel is covered in brambles, resembling a tumbleweed. It still floats, and it's eyes peek out from inside the brambles.
Competitive Uses: Awaymbel is just what it needs to be. a fast physical attacker who can dish out and amazing Acrobatics at will. Normal Gem + Fake Out into Acrobatics or Bramble Roll is great on both an Aerilate and an Unburden set.

Pre-Evolution: Victreebel
Pre-Evo New Moves: Power Whip (Level Up, for Sucker Punch Compatibility)
Pre-Evo Competitive Uses: Victreebel is mostly outclassed by its evolution, but has an easier time setting up with no Rock weakness and Eviolite. It also actually has Poison STAB.
Pokémon Name: Burnubel (Burn + bel)
Pokémon Typing: Grass / Fire
Abilities: Chlorophyll / Flaming Acid
Stats: 90 (+10) HP / 125 (+20) Atk / 65 Def / 125 (+25) SpA / 80 (+10) SpD / 85 (+15) Spe | 560 (+80) BST
New Moves: Hot Sludge, Ember, Fire Blast, Flamethrower, Flame Wheel, Power Whip (Level Up, for Sucker Punch Compatibility)
Custom Elements:
Flaming Acid: Poison type moves turn into Fire type and gain 1.2* power.
Hot Sludge: Physical Flame Burst.
Height + Weight:
Description:
Competitive Uses: In the sun, Burnubel is an immensely threatening physical/special/mixed sweeper. It abuses Growth and its newgained Fire STABs to annihilate the meta. It can run Sucker Punch to get rid of opposing priority. With Flaming Acid, Burnubel becomes threatening outside of the sun, firing powerful -ate Poison Jabs / Sludge Bombs / Power Whip and being immune to burns.
Is It Overpowered?: A sun sweeper is limited by the sun - Pelipper is an instant counter. No Poison STAB means that Burnubel strugles to hit Dragon and Fire types in the sun (including Heatran), requiring choice of HP Ice or HP Ground. This makes 4MSS worse with Synthesis and Sucker Punch taken into account. Drought users and Burnubel give the team a major Stealth Rock weakness, too. As a scarfer. Burnubel also faces a coverage and relative speed issue and is still walled by aformentioned counters, and also doesn't have U-Turn to keep momentum.
Movesets:
Special Sun (Burnubel) @ Focus Sash / Grassium Z
Ability: Chlorophyll
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Growth
- Solar Beam
- Weather Ball / Flamethrower
- Hidden Power [Ground] / [Electric]

Scarf (Burnubel) @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Flaming Acid
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Power Whip
- Poison Jab
- Knock Off
- Sleep Powder / Leaf Storm / Hidden Power [Ground]

Mixed Sun with Growth, Solar Beam/Power Whip, Flamethrower, and HP Ground/Sucker Punch/Knock Off can be used.
Pre-Evolution: Jumpluff
Pre-Evo New Moves: Safeguard
Pre-Evo Competitive Uses: Jumpluff can now annoy even more in the lower tiers with Eviolite-increased bulk, where its relatively fast already. It will have more options in 1v1 due to Eviolite. (Awayaflux will be banned from the meta).
Pokémon Name: Awayaflux (Away [Hop,Skip,Jump Away] + Flux [Corruption of Flax])
Pokémon Typing: Grass/Flying
Abilities: Compound Eyes / Persistent / Infiltrator
Stats: 105 (+30) HP / 65 (+10) Atk / 85 (+15) Def / 65 (+10) SpA / 95 SpD / 135 (+25) Spe | 550 (+90) BST
New Moves: Heal Block, Follow Me, Switcheroo, Safeguard, Trick, Whirlwind
Custom Elements:
Persistent: Gravity, Heal Block, Safeguard, Tailwind, and the Rooms increase length by 2 turns if used by this Pokemon (used by CAP - already implemented in Showdown).
Height + Weight: 20BP Low Kick.
Description:
Competitive Uses: Do ban from 1v1. And AG. A new absurdly high speed tier allows Awayaflux to annoy even the likes of Lopunny and Greninja-Ash with accurate powder moves. Compoundeyes makes Awayflux much more likely to land a sweeper stopping Sleep Powder, then paralyzing its switchin before U-Turning out. Infiltrator means subs don't stop Awayaflux from statusing. Persistent is more flavour in singles, but makes Tailwind slightly viable (more meant for doubles).
Is It Overpowered?:. A weakness to Stealth Rock means it can only switch in so many times before having to heal. Cotton Guard can only help so much, especially with a weakness to Ice Shard (or any ice attack for that matter). Certain choice scarfers still outspeed and KO Awayaflux. Sleep Clause prevents Awayaflux from being too cancerous. Awayaflux is also shut down by Taunt.
Movesets:
Double Powder (Awayaflux) @ Focus Sash / Yache Berry / Leftovers
Ability: Compound Eyes
EVs: 252 HP / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Sleep Powder
- Strength Sap / Synthesis
- Stun Spore
- U-turn

Subseed (Awayaflux) @ Leftovers
Ability: Compound Eyes
EVs: 252 HP / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Sleep Powder / Strength Sap
- Leech Seed
- Substitute
- U-turn
Pokémon Name: Acropow (Acrobat+ Powder / Ka-Pow)
Pokémon Typing: Grass/Flying
Abilities: Chlorophyll / Unburden / Infiltrator
Stats: 70 (+5) HP / 95 (+40) Atk / 70 Def / 75 (+20) SpA / 110 (+15) SpD / 120 (+10) Spe | 550 (+90) BST
New Moves: Dust Dance, Pollen Puff, Recycle, Safeguard, Taunt
Custom Elements:
Dust Dance: 50 BP Flying Type move. Power doubles if no item is held. User eats its own berry (before damage is calculated, like Acrobatics).
Height + Weight: 20BP Low Kick.
Description:
Competitive Uses: Unburden allows Acropow to annoy scarfers, but more importantly is a benefit when combined with Dust Dance. This set replicates BW Jumppluff's Acrobatics - with a Liechi Berry boost, it becomes threatening very quickly. Unburden lets It run Adamant due to its speed boost. It can even boost up more with Cotton Guard and Swords Dance, and U-Turn out if need be.
Is It Overpowered?: Priority just ruins Acropow, who can't even use Psychic Terrain due to its flying type. It fears 4* Effective Ice Shard, or any random Ice attack. Not even Cotton Guard can save it. Even with an easy +1 boost, 95 attack is still weak by OU standards. And Acropow doesn't have lots of coverage to sweep effectively.
Movesets:
Mini-Acrobatics (Acropow) @ Liechi Berry
Ability: Unburden
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Dust Dance
- Return / Seed Bomb
- Strength Sap
- U-turn / Swords Dance

answer this
The thing is that better type and stat distribution alone doesn't change the fact that having different BST between brenched evolution is still very odd, plus that's only a 10 BST difference so just adding 10 extra for Dustox's evolution would not be end of world.

Pre-Evolution: Vileplume
Pokémon Name: Toxollen (Toxic/Toxin + Pollen)
Pokémon Typing: Grass / Poison
Abilities: Chlorophyll / Merciless
Stats: 90 HP / 90 Atk / 105 Def / 125 SpA / 110 SpD / 60 Spe | 580 BST
New Moves: Toxic Spikes, Spore, Baneful Bunker, Acid Burst, Flower Shield, Nasty Plot
Custom Elements: Acid Burst: 40 BP, +1 Priority, Poison, Special
Height + Weight: 2.2 m, 27.8 kg
Description: Toxollen's petals are now a more purple color with green dots, and the middle of the flower has been turned brown with a purple toxic gas hovering over it. Its body has become a dark black, and its eyes are a more pronounced red color. Its hands have turned into small, poisonous flowers that is the same color as Toxollen's huge flower. It also always has an evil smile on its face.
Competitive Uses: Toxollen offers a more offensive take to Mega Venusaur and Amoonguss. By setting up one layer of Toxic Spikes or successfully blocking a contact move with Baneful Bunker, it can easily muscle past many foes thanks to Merciless and a potential Nasty Plot boost. Acid Burst helps overcome its low speed, and Spore helps cripple a fast threat, something it has over Mega Venusaur. Flower Shield, while it may seem gimmicky, can help give Toxollen a defense boost in times of crisis.
Is It Overpowered?: It can't do shit to Steel-types and its low speed can be detrimental against the multiple fast offensive threats in OU, even with Acid Burst. It is also weak to common offensive types in Fire, Ice, Flying and Psychic. Lastly, it can't fit all the moves it needs to, leaving it weak to some threats.
Movesets:
Status Abuser (Toxollen) @ Black Sludge
Ability: Merciless
EVs: 200 HP / 252 SpA / 56 SpD (spread avoids 3HKO from Specs Ash-Gren's Hydro Pump)
Modest Nature
- Toxic Spikes / Baneful Bunker
- Sludge Bomb
- Giga Drain
- Spore / Acid Burst / Hidden Power Ground or Fire / Strength Sap

Pre-Evolution: Bellossom
Pokémon Name: Florina (Flora + Ballerina)
Pokémon Typing: Grass / Fairy
Abilities: Chlorophyll / Dancer
Stats: 95 HP / 85 Atk / 110 Def / 110 SpA / 120 SpD / 60 Spe | 580 BST
New Moves: Aromatherapy, Flower Shield, Spore, Earth Power, Weather Ball, Psychic
Custom Elements: N/A
Height + Weight: 1.2 m, 11.4 kg
Description: Florina's red flowers are now one big pink flower on top of its head. Its skirt is now made with many different colorful flowers and vines, and its body becomes a slightly darker green. Its red cheek marks now become pink marks around its eyes, in the shape of a flower.
Competitive Uses: Florina is a solid bulky sweeper due to its solid defensive typing and excellent bulk on both sides of the spectrum. It also gets cool utility options in Aromatherapy to act as a cleric for the team, and Spore to ease setup. New coverage also helps it not get walled by threats like Heatran and Mega Venusaur. Dancer isn't the best ability, but it can allow Florina to prevent pokemon like Volcarona and Mega Charizard X from using Quiver and Dragon Dance, respectively.
Is It Overpowered?: Florina has a horrible weakness to Poison-type moves, so literally any attacker can run Poison coverage to lure Florina in and kill it. Its bulk may be good, but it can't stand up to many threating attackers like Kartana, Z-move Heatran, and Mega Pinsir due to its horrible speed before setup. Lastly, like Toxollen, Florina also suffers from four moveslot syndrome, as it has to choose between either a valuable utility move or necessary coverage.
Movesets:
Quiver Dance (Florina) @ Leftovers / Fairium Z
Ability: Dancer
EVs: 252 HP / 4 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Quiver Dance
- Strength Sap
- Moonblast
- Giga Drain / Earth Power / Spore / etc.

Pokémon Name: Rafflesion (Rafflesia + Poison)
Pokémon Typing: Grass / Poison
Abilities: Chlorophyll / Flower Veil
Stats: 95 / 85 / 95 / 130 / 95 / 70 | (570) BST
New Moves: Toxic Spikes, Acid Spray, Earth Power
Custom Elements:
Height + Weight: +0.4m , +2kg
Description: You can look but you can't touch! Rafflesion looks beautiful, but it is also very poisonous.
Competitive Uses: Rafflesion acts as an offensive pivot that can also support its teammates via Aromatherapy and Toxic Spikes. 130 Special Attack means that it can hit hard even when running defensive sets. Flower Veil also lets it act as a status absorber (and a perfect Scald switch-in) while Chlorophyll lets it act as a powerful Sun sweeper with bulk good enough for setting up Growth.
Is It Overpowered?: Nope. Offensive sets have 4MSS as it is checked by either Heatran or Celesteela, depending on the missing coverage moves. Blissey walls it, though it can't do anything back either. Defensive sets are checked by the Mega Charizards.
Movesets:
Rafflesion @ Black Sludge
Ability: Flower Veil
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 SpD

Stats: 95 / 85 / 105 / 100 / 115 / 70 | (570) BST
New Moves: Fiery Dance
Custom Elements:
Height + Weight: same height, +0.2 kg
Description: Bellossom is now a Fire Dancer.
Competitive Uses: Quiver Dancer with good bulk. Fiery Dance lets it hit Steel-types hard while also potentially boosting its Special Attack.
Is It Overpowered?: While it might be scary once it racks up Quiver Dance boosts, it is walled by Mega Charizard Y and Heatran. It has a hard time with Fire-types in general.
Movesets:
Flovana @ Life Orb
Ability: Chlorophyll
EVs: 4 Def / 252 SpA / 252 SpD
Timid Nature
-Fiery Dance
-Energy Ball / Giga Drain

Pokémon Typing: Grass / Poison
Abilities: Chlorophyll / Super Luck
Stats: 80 / 120 / 75 / 105 / 75 / 100 | (555) BST
New Moves: Fire Lash, Toxic Ivy
Custom Elements: Toxic Ivy: 90 BP | 100% Accuracy | Poison Type | Makes contact | +1 critical hit ratio
Height + Weight: +0.4m / +5kg
Description: Chompibell's vines are sharper than ever, which can leave a foe fatally wounded.
Competitive Uses: Get lucky with Super Luck Leaf Blade and Toxic Ivy. Critical hits lets it plow through bulky set up sweepers. Fire Lash lets it hit Steel-types hard. Chlorophyll is also vood option as it now is finally faster than Venusaur!
Is It Overpowered?: Despite all its boosts and perks, it's still unfortunately walled by Heatran which is currently a glue Pokemon in OU. So, no.
Movesets:
Chompibell @ Life Orb
Ability: Super Luck
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpA / 252 Spe

Pokémon Typing: Grass / Flying
Abilities: Chlorophyll / Skill Link (Hustle)
Stats: 85 / 95 / 90 / 65 / 105 / 120 | (560) BST
New Moves: Spore, Pin Missile
Custom Elements:
Height + Weight: No change
Description: Looks like pom poms but it is a Pokemon.
Competitive Uses: Hustle goes well with its Flying moves. Bounce is a good Z-Move that ignores Hustle's accuracy drop while Aerial Ace, though low in power, never misses. Skill Link goes well with its Grass STAB, Bullet Seed, in breaking Focus Sash and substitutes. It also is currently the fastes Spore user, so it also has a support niche.
Is It Overpowered?: No, it has a hard time with Steel-types.
Movesets:

Pomaway @ Flyinium Z
Ability: Hustle
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe

Pre-Evolution: Victreebel
Pokémon Name: Pitchetrap (Pitcher + Trap)
Pokémon Typing: Grass/Poison
Abilities: Arena Trap / Solar Power (Chlorophyll)
Stats: 90 / 120 / 65 / 125 / 65 / 120 | 585
New Moves: Earth Power, Earthquake, Final Gambit, Leaf Shot, Agility
Custom Elements: Leaf Shot: Special Grass Type Quick Attack
Height + Weight: 8'5" + 50.4lbs
Description: Various vines erupt from its back and dig into the ground. It's acid is also far more powerful and faster acting.
Competitive Uses: It's now a revenge killer in addition to being a sun sweeper. Arena Trap in addition to a priority move and boosted attack stats allows it to be effective against many threats, comfortably 2HKOing Clefable with a calm mind using Sludge Bomb, and OHKOing it without one. Solar Power and Chlorophyll allow it to retain and refine its sun sweeper abilities as well. Pitchetrap can 2HKO a fully specially defensive Muk with Earth Power and Mesprit with Solar Beam, the former of which unable to OHKO Pitchetrap back. Keep in mind, that's all without a Growth boost. can also run mixed to strike the special walls it couldn't before.
Is It Overpowered?: For all of its power, Pitchetrap is still incredibly frail. One super effective move, or even strong unresisted move will bring it down. It also can't do much against Steel types without weather ball. Skarmory in particular stops it cold outside the sun. And that's assuming you're using a sun sweeper set instead of a revenge killer set. It's also notably slower without Chlorophyll, leaving it open to attacks it usually didn't have to risk.

Pre-Evolution: Jumpluff
Pokémon Name: Pom-Potent
Pokémon Typing: Grass/Flying
Abilities: Chlorophyll / Fluffy (Thick Fat)
Stats: 100 / 60 / 115 / 60 / 115 / 150 | 600
New Moves: Rollout, Roost, Spore, Rapid Spin,
Custom Elements: None
Height + Weight: 5'3" + 7lbs
Description: The cotton balls converge and cover Pom-Potent's entire body. The only part of its body that isn't completely covered is the eyes.
Competitive Uses: Bulky Pseudo-legendary. Huge 100/115/115 defenses combined with an embarrassing 150 Speed ensures it does whatever it needs to do. Spore is an infinitely better sleep move than Sleep Powder. Roost gives it an recovery move and Thick Fat helps it's less than stellar defensive typing. It is an insane wall to punch through despite for a grass type.
Is It Overpowered?: There are very few that can stall like this, but stall is pretty much the only thing it can do. It has very low attack stats and the closest thing it has to compensate is Acrobatics. Also, Thick Fat can't cover its weaknesses completely, as the ice weakness is still there. The lack of entry hazards is also an issue.
Movesets:
Jumpluff
Ability: Thick Fat
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Atk / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Spore
- Leech Seed
- Roost
- Acrobatics

Custom Elements: Floating Strike: renamed Dragon Ascent, still Flying-type
Cotton Burst: renamed Bullet Seed, still Grass-type
Cotton Ball: Physical Grass-type Quick Attack
I'm sorry, but you can only give one Custom Move for each Evolution, and that's more than one you had given to
i guess cotton burst is just bullet seed, while jumpluff is probably fast enough to not need cotton ball

Okay, I have removed Cotton Ball seeing as Floatten is too fast already, and I just changed Cotton Burst to Bullet Seed. Hopefully it fulfills the requirements now.

Pre-Evolution: Vileplume
Pokémon Name: Hasseloom (Rafflesia hasseltii + Bloom)
Pokémon Typing:

Abilities: Chlorophyll | Corrosive (HA)
Stats: 100 HP / 70 Atk / 85 Def / 125 SpA / 100 SpD / 60 Spe | 540 BST
New Moves: Toxic Spikes, Acid Spray, Sludge Wave, Earth Power, Taunt, Torment
Custom Elements: None
Height + Weight: 1.8 m, 24.6 kg
Description: Hasseloom's petals become much larger and Hasseloom's body become taller, with the hands and feet being colored like the petals. Leaves also started to sprout again since it was a Gloom, and are under the petals, some of which cover the eyes.
Competitive Uses: Hasseloom can functions as a wall or a wallbreaker with a strong Special Attack and is able to use Taunt. It is also able to use Earth Power, something that most other Grass/Poison (including Mega Venusaur) doesn't have, and allows Hasseloom to punish switch in of Fire-types that lacks Flying, or exploit Chlorophyll much more safely with Earth Power as a much needed coverage. It can run Corrosive instead and inflict Toxic on even Toxapex, Ferrothorn and other walls and bulky threats who would be otherwise immune to Toxic.
Is It Overpowered?: By itself, Hasseloom is still slow, and can be revenge killed quite easily. Although it can use Strength Sap to quickly recover health, it is unreliable against threats with poor Attack. Even with Earth Power, there is still Flying, Ice and Psychic threats that Hasseloom would not be able to fend off so easily, with Skarmory and Celesteela being the biggest problems it could face. Mega Charizard Y deserves special mention as it doesn't even need to worry about Earth Power, but if Hasseloom runs Chlorophyll, it can greatly backfire because of the speed boost for Hasseloom from the sun if Mega Charizard Y had weakened HP. Tapu Lele can OHKO with just a Psyshock or Psychic thanks to Psychic Terrain, but never wants to switch in because of Sludge Bomb STAB.

Pre-Evolution: Bellossom
Pokémon Name: Keithiiful (Rafflesia keithii+ beautiful)
Pokémon Typing:

Abilities: Solar Power | Dancer (HA)
Stats: 100 HP / 95 Atk / 80 Def / 100 SpA / 125 SpD / 40 Spe | 540 BST
New Moves: Flamethrower, Fire Blast, Earth Power, Fire Punch, Ember, Flame Charge, Overheat, Heat Wave, Fiery Dance, Fire Spin, Inferno
Custom Elements: None
Height + Weight: 1.5 m, 32.4 kg
Description: Keithiiful become considerably taller and the red flowers starts to spin so fast that it turns into fiery flowers. The yellow petals turns into yellow sunflowers (similar to a Sunflora) and the arms become quite longer, with the hands having three short fingers.
Competitive Uses: Not being weak to Fire is easily a boon for a Solar Power wallbreaker in a Sun team, especially with Quiver Dance into consideration. It can also deploy support with Aromatherapy and Sleep Powser/Stun Spore, with Sap Strength being used as a recovery move. Like Hasseloom, it also gained access to Earth Power, allowing it to take down opposing Fire-type and Steel-types like Heatran.
Is It Overpowered?: Even after one Quiver Dance or two, Keithiiful can get outrunned by Choice Scarf users and naturally fast Pokemon like Mega Alakazam, and as it is very slow by itself, it can get revenge killed easily without Quiver Dance. 100 / 95 Physical bulk isn't that impressive when you take Physical wallbreakers into consideration, so it must set up with Quiver Dance if it wants to stop them with Strength Sap (and even so, Priority is a thing, alongside Defiant). None of its Grass STAB are consistently reliable (Solar Beam is only real effective under the sun, Giga Drain can recover HP but is weak, and Leaf Storm reduce its Special Attack by 2 upon a hit).

Pre-Evolution: Victreebel
Pokémon Name: Threethrus (Corruption of treacherous, and also include the word tree or three.)
Pokémon Typing:

Abilities: Chlorophyll | Gluttony (HA)
Stats: 80 HP / 110 Atk / 70 Def / 110 SpA / 70 SpD / 100 Spe | 540 BST
New Moves: Earth Power, Crunch, Bite, Bulldoze, Earthquake, Wood Hammer, Gunk Shot, Toxic Spikes, Pursuit, Acid Spite
Custom Elements: Acid Spite (Special Attacking Pursuit clone)
Height + Weight: 2.9 m, 40.6 kg
Description: Threethrus's leaves that are on its bottom body transforms into dark green root-like appendages, with extra leaves at the end of each of the two. There is another root-like appendage sprouting out of its behind as well. The teeth are more numerous and pronounced, and the tail become sharper and splits into three ends.
Competitive Uses: A base 100 Speed can make it lightning quick in the sun with Chlorophyll, and Gluttony allows for early consumption for Salac Berry. With Growth, it can become quite a demon in a Sun team as it allows for insane mixed wallbreaking or sweeping while the sun lasts. Just like Hasseloom, it can now learn Earth Power (alongside Earthquake for physical variants) to take care of most pesky Steel-types and Fire-types. Acid Spite works like Pursuit and allows Threethrus to take down, or at least heavily damage, anything that is weak to Poison.
Is It Overpowered?: It is still frail thus easy to revenge kill and cannot survive from more than a few hits. Even with Strength Sap, Special Attackers still fare much better against it, and the likes of Pelipper and Mega Charizard Y will have no problems dealing with Threethrus (although if Threethrus have Chlorophyll, don't Mega Evolve Charizard lest it will outspeed Charizard because of the sun). Although difficult to outspeed in the sun or after a Salac Berry boost, it can get hurt by Priority moves without Psychic Terrain support.

Pre-Evolution: Jumpluff
Pokémon Name: Leapollen (Leap + Pollen)
Pokémon Typing:

Abilities: Chlorophyll / Solar Heal | Infiltrator (HA)
Stats: 80 HP / 115 Atk / 75 Def / 55 SpA / 105 SpD / 120 Spe | 550 BST
New Moves: Pollen Puff, Sky Puff, Play Rough, Zen Headbutt, Low Sweep, Low Kick, Iron Head, Air Slash, Hurricane, Defog
Custom Elements: Solar Heal (Heal the user from a non-volatile status after a turn if the weather is Sun; Hydration clone), Sky Puff (Physical Flying clone of Pollen Puff)
Height + Weight: 1.1 m, 6 kg
Description: Although the top pollen were gone and replaced by twirling leaves, another one sprouted on its tail, and the two other pollen balls had enlarged. Although only aesthetic, the pollen changes between newborn leaves, dandelions, pollen and then larger pollen, and the cycle continues. The skin of Leapollen become cyan, and the eyes become slightly larger and the mouth more wavy.
Competitive Uses: One annoying yet still cute pollen troublemaker with a big 120 base Speed, usable 115 base Attack, and acceptable Special bulk of 80 / 105, and have three Abilities that could help it. Chlorophyll and Solar Heal requires a sun condition obviously, but when it happens, it makes Leapollen lightning fast or able to shrug off non-volatile status (especially Toxic), respectively. It can also play support or a wall with Infiltrator, allowing it to use Sleep or Stun Powder against even a Substitute target. Sky Puff allows it to have a consistent Physical Flying STAB damage while, if Doubles FF would be a thing, heal an injured ally.
Is It Overpowered?: As a Flying-type, it is weak to Stealth Rock, and Grass/Flying is not a very commendable defensive typing, meaning that Ice-types in general are a real danger to Leapollen, and because of its reliance of the sun for Chlorophyll or Solar Heal, Fire-types are also a danger. Although Low Kick isn't something most Steel-types wants to switch into, they can still tank everything else just fine. Although Strength Sap may help remedy its frail Defense, it can still be destroyed by Special wallbreakers, especially those with an Ice-type coverage. Finally, it is not bulky enough to reliably switch in in addition to multiple weaknesses, so you should take into consideration of what your opponent's Pokemon is going to use.

Also, the submission phase will close Saturday night, so be sure to participate and/or finish your WIPs.

why not just leaf guard
  • Vileplume + Bellossom: Demon Dragon
  • Victreebel: Demon Dragon, Samtendo09
  • Jumpluff: Spook, Tmi489
Case in point, Leaf Guard prevent the Pokemon with this ability from being affected from any non-volatile Status Conditions and Yawn during the sun, but it doesn't cure the Status Conditions even during the Sun. By contrast, Hydration doesn't stop non-volatile Status Conditions but heals them away in the Rain.

Jumpluff: Bmw6446, Samtendo09

Sorry for double-posting, but I would need one or two more voters before I could compile the votes and declare the winners. I'll extend it up to tomorrow at worst case scenario.

Gotta derust and compile the votes to decide the winners...
  • Vileplume + Bellossom: Demon Dragon 2, Samtendo09 2, MegaFlareon 1
  • Victreebel: Demon Dragon 3, Samtendo09 3, Bmw6446 1
  • Jumpluff: Spook 4, Tmi489 1, Bmw6446 1, Samtendo09 4
... Unless I miscounted, that's a triple tie over here. I would need one volunteer to cast one last vote to the following tie; Demon Dragon or me for Vileplume + Bellossom evolutions, Demon Dragon or me for also Victreebel evolution, and Spook and me for Jumpluff evolution.

EDIT: We will consider this a tiebreaker, since I can't think of better options.
