Voting ends at evening or early night, so for those who didn't voted yet (be it a participant or just someone who just happened to peek), this is your last chance to do so.

As I promised, once the winners will be announced, the spreadsheet will be created at the same time. If you are already familiar with Pet Mods, you would already know what they are. For those new to Pet Mods, I will tell what they are, as I am well aware that we have newcomers in the Pet Mods.
Spreadsheets are an efficient way to write in and preserve multiple written ideas and submissions, which varies depended on the Pet Mod in question. Generally, there is a main page where winner submissions (which can be Pokemon, Moves, Abilities, modifications of them, and more), as well as some other pages for other details, such as changelogs.

Spreadsheets are done in Google Sheets (which requires a Google accent to use), and although it may seems a bit complex, it becomes easier once you nails the details.

give us the nidogods when
The problem is that neither Nidoking or Nidoqueen have BST lower than 500 (both have 505 for reference) and neither are Untiered. That being said, we might do a few slates out of some second stage evos that are ranked UU or lower, but only once we are done with the To-Do Pokemon. As I said before, the order of votes doesn't matter.

Anyways, here are the results.
  • Raichu + Alolan Raichu: Origin0 2, Spook 4, Samtendo09 5, Pika Xreme 3
  • Shiftry: Samtendo 4, Origin0 2, The Levimeta 3, Yung Dramps 2
  • Ludicolo: Demon Dragon 4, Origin0 2, lyd 3, Samtendo 1, Yung Dramps 3, Pika Xreme 1
The winners are my Gorochu (Raichu + Alolan Raichu evolution), my Tengruel (Shiftry evolution) and Demon Dragon's Baliaqua (Ludicolo evolution).

Pre-Evolution: Raichu
Pokémon Name: Gorochu (Not big surprise)
Pokémon Typing:

Abilities: No Guard | Lightning Rod (HA)
Stats: 80 HP / 115 Atk / 70 Def / 90 SpA / 100 SpD / 100 Spe | 555 BST
New Moves: Swords Dance, Hone Claws, Drain Punch, Close Combat, Earthquake, Poison Jab, Rock Slide, Spikes, Stone Edge, Rock Tomb, Bulldoze, Aqua Tail, Thunder Tail
Custom Elements: Thunder Tail (Electric-type Wake Up Slap clone; if target is Paralyzed, power is doubled but cures Paralysis.)
Height + Weight: 1.5m, 77 kg
Description: Redder and a bit fatter, with sharp fangs and the ears are pointier with the tip leaning forward to emulate horns. The tail maintain its thunderbolt shape but is now quite thicker and have brighter spikes into it, which Gorochu uses it as a club, typical to an oni.
Competitive Uses: Gorochu may be a bit slower than Raichu, but it compensates by much stronger Attack and can use Swords Dance or Hone Claws for a set-up sweeping, or use Choice Band/Scarf for revenge killing. Access of Aqua Tail means that Ground-type like Landorus-T may require cautious switch-in. Thunder Tail is situational but can synergize with Nuzzle to punish Switch-Ins and to give walls like Toxapex big troubles. Z-Celebrate can be a win-con allowing it to sweep properly once the main threats are out.
Is It Overpowered?: It have weak Defense, and 100 Speed is not all that impressive when you take Choice Scarf users and the likes of Mega Alakazam into consideration. Its abilities are not really helpful in most situations, and its 115 ATK isn't powerful without a Set-up, meaning that physical walls like Tangrowth can give it troubles. Volt Tackle and Close Combat can slowly wear it down if spammed. Fairy-type are also abundant and would require Poison Jab or Iron Tail (or Earthquake if it really worries about Mega Mawile), with Hone Claws as the preferable boost or having No Guard because of Iron Tail's less than favorable accuracy, it if wants to survive against them. Using No Guard means that incoming Fire Blast and other less accurate moves will always hit Gorochu as well.

Pre-Evolution: Alolan Raichu
Pokémon Name: Alolan Gorochu
Pokémon Typing:

Abilities: Surge Surfer | Levitate (HA, also applies to Alolan Raichu)
Stats: 80 HP / 90 Atk / 65 Def / 115 SpA / 105 SpD / 100 Spe | 555 BST
New Moves: Swords Dance, Hone Claws, Earthquake, Earth Power, Fly (Non-Event), Aura Sphere, Defog (Non-Event) Rock Slide, Stone Edge, Rock Tomb, Bulldoze, Surf (Non-Event), Surging Tail
Custom Elements: Surging Tail (Electric-type Mythical Fire)
Height + Weight: 1.2m, 55 kg
Description: Similar to Kantonian Gorochu, but with the tail still smooth, have no spikes and is slightly thinner, and the fur is a bit brighter. The tip of the ears also lean backward, and the fangs are also shorter.
Competitive Uses: Similar role to Kantonian Gorochu but on the Special side. Although Surge Surfer is still too situational to worth a try unless you take out the opposing Tapu, Levitate can help avoiding the Ground-type weakness from anything lacking Mold Breaker and helps avoiding all hazards except Stealth Rocks. With Surf as a counter against Ground-type, only a few like Mega Swampert could safely switch in. Surging Tail, while weaker than Thunderbolt, can help deny a Special Attack boost from anything using a Calm Mind or Quiver Dance and hampers Special Attackers who didn't boosted.
Is It Overpowered?: Its stronger STAB move, Thunder, and the stronger Fighting coverage move, Focus Blast, are inaccurate and can cost Alolan Gorochu dearly if missed, and its other STABs aren't all that strong from a 115 SpA without a boost. Levitate prevent it from benefiting Terrains, which means that Priority moves can harm it regardless if Psychic Terrain is active or not.

Pre-Evolution: Shiftry
Pokémon Name: Tengruel (Tengu + Cruel or Gruel)
Pokémon Typing:

Abilities: Chlorophyll / Defiant | Pickpocket (HA)
Stats: 90 HP / 110 Atk / 65 Def / 110 SpA / 65 SpD / 95 Spe | 540 BST
New Moves: Hone Claws, Sucker Punch, Drill Run, U-Turn, Parting Shot, Taunt, Acrobatics, Jump Kick, Pursuit, Thunderbolt, Thunder, Thunder Punch, Thinker Plot
Custom Elements: Thinker Plot (Dark-type Hone Claws clone; Raise Special Attack and Accuracy by 1 stage each.)
Height + Weight: 1.3m, 89.2 kg
Description: Much taller and fairly thinner, Tengruel's nose have a sharp red tip and the "sandals" also have red tips. The leaves have now four corners and have sharper tips on top of that. The "hair" of Tengruel is also slightly longer and much darker than Shiftry's.
Competitive Uses: Tengruel can be used as a set-up sweeper or a revenge killer, and while it maintain plenty of unfavorable weaknesses such as Fire, Fighting, Fairy, Ice and especially Bug, it do make up for that by having Chlorophyll to fit into a sun team and making momentum with Parting Shot and U-Turn. Sucker Punch can also be used as a revenge kill tool against multiple faster threats. Defiant can be an effective tool to discourage Intimidate (+ custom variants) spamming as well.
Is It Overpowered?: 95 Speed by itself is exploitable, as Tengruel can get outrun by multiple Choice Scarf users such as Tapu Lele and Landorus-T, and naturally faster foes like Kartana. Without Drill Run, its deadweight against Heatran, as it is able to take most of what Tengruel can throw. Without Defiant, Intimidate can also put a pressure for physical variants, and Chlorophyll put itself further risk against super effective Fire-type moves. Although Knock Off can be obnoxious to Steel-type, those who are able to withstand it (Ferrothorn) or are immune to it (Skarmory, Celesteela) have not much problem dealing with it, though those that are slow like Mega Mawile can be hindered by Tengruel's Parting Shot.

Pre-Evolution: Ludicolo
Pokémon Name: Bailaqua (Baila (Spanish for dance) + aqua)
Pokémon Typing: Water / Grass
Abilities: Swift Swim / Rain Dish / Water Absorb
Stats: 90 HP / 85 Atk / 85 Def / 110 SpA / 115 SpD / 80 Spe | 565 BST
New Moves: Aqua Jet, Liquidation, Leaf Storm, Sleep Powder, Calm Mind, Lily Pads
Custom Elements: Lily Pads: Grass-type Stealth Rock clone (cannot stack with SR)
Height + Weight: 2.3 m, 71.1 kg
Discussion phase about the four winners will be open for a day before the next slate will begins at tomorrow.

EDIT: Spreadsheet is now made!

Sorry I didn't have time to do this in my submission, but I feel like my Bailaqua will be a boon for rain teams thanks to its Grass typing and new, unique hazard in Lily Pads, which can easily chip down bulky targets like Tyranitar and Tapu Fini, which can otherwise terrorize rain teams b/c of Sand Stream and its typing, respectively. Here is what I believe its set will look like in standard OU:

Rain Sweeper (Bailaqua) @ Life Orb / Waterium Z / Grassium Z
Ability: Swift Swim
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Modest Nature
- Hydro Pump
- Giga Drain / Leaf Storm
- Ice Beam
- Focus Blast / Calm Mind / Lily Pads

EDIT: Also Samtendo, you accidentally called Bailaqua Gorochu and put your name instead of mine in the spreadsheet.

One of Bailaqua's main reason too use it, is really only on rain teams. It enjoys the rain, as like all swift swim Pokemon, enjoy out speeding most Pokemon. However, one of Bailaqua's niches is the use of "Lily Pads", is quite honestly, underwhelming. You're better off just using a setup sweeper set. Why? Well, the grass type, in general, is a bad offensive typing. Not too mention (if we're being honest), Lily Pads should've been a water type move. Though, a grass-based stealth rock type hazard isn't all that bad. Tapu Fini, Tyranitar, Greninja, Gyarados (Mega), Keldeo (/resolute), etc., all take 25% on the switch in. Which, is nice. It keeps stuff like Tyranitar weary of switching in, and the chip damage is always nice. Even then, that doesn't help the fact that there is an abundance of steel types, grass types, fire types, and then there are other Pokemon that grass misses out on, while water doesn't (Heatran, Landorus Therian, Gliscor, Volcarona, etc.,), and the Pokemon mentioned usually drop dead too a Giga drain/hydro pump in one or two hits, regardless of lily pads. With that said, Lily Pads is just too underwhelming to really use properly. But, Bailaqua still has a niche. As a setup sweeper, it works. Swift Swim lets it outrun a lot of the meta, and it can set up on a few Pokemon. It hits hard mostly under the rain and can beat all sorts of threats like Lando T. I can't think of a Lily Pad set since stealth rocks are generally just better off being used, but this is the best I can come up with right now. Though it's a very generic set, mind you.

Setup Sweeper Bailaqua @ Life Orb
Timid Nature
Ability: Swift Swim
EVs: 4 Hp / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
- Calm Mind
- Hydro Pump
- Giga Drain
- Focus Blast

Bailaqua is pretty fast in the rain, though if it was 10 points faster, it'd allow you to outspeed everything. Now, you're not forced to run Timid, but Timid allows you to outspeed most of the meta (if they're scarfed). The only things you don't outspeed are Scarf Koko, Scarf Ash Ninja, and Kingdra. However, besides that, you do outrun most of the meta. At +2, you can OHKO Ferrothorn, and 2HKO Chansey. Hydro Pump OHKOs what Ice Beam OHKOs in the rain, and usually hits more Pokmon then Ice Beam does. Giga Drain is just there for stab, you can replace it with energy ball/leaf storm (though, the longevity is nice, and probably preferred), though. Bailaqua doesn't hit things too hard (outside of rain, but you don't want to use Bailaqua outside of rain, even with Lily Pad setting), so its main usage will probably be only on rain teams, really. Tapu Koko can deal with some threats Bailaqua struggles with, and Ferrothorn can wall out other Scarfkokos. Hawluncha is also another great choice if you're running Tapu Koko with Bailaqua, being able to deal with stuff like Ferrothorn. There are other options, but those are the ones mainly you wanna use, due too all having a great synergy, and being able to support/work with Bailaqua quite nicely.

TL;DR Bailaqua is cool ig, biggest niche is getting decent stats, calm mind, and being able to work well under the rain. Lily pads suck tho, don't use them (no offense demon dragon).

Slate 2: Rolling Stones and Angry Birds
(Golem (Kanto + Alola), Unfezant and Toucannon)

Golem is essesntially overshadowed by the Rock/Ground type Pokemon, Rhydon and Rhyperior. Not only Rhyperior have more tools and have a better Ability (Solid Rock) which compliment its superior physical bulk better, but none of Golem's Abilities are really useful in general (wheras Sturdy, while helpful for set-up and revenge killing, can be flopped by entry hazards and priority moves).

Alolan Golem on the other hand do have Magnet Pull and Galvanize, but Rock/Electric fares better as an offensive typing than as a defensive typing, with a double-weakness of Ground and being as slow as Kantonian Golem greatly hampers it.

Branching is not allowed for both of them, and will be put into paired submissions, so be sure to have a submission for both, or else your single for just one of them will not be accepted. You cannot change the Electric-type of Alolan Golem. The two must have the same amount of BST. Otherwise, go wild. Two Abilities and one Hidden Ability for each.

Unfezant didn't really hold the candle well with Pidgeot, Swellow and especially Staraptor, the previous Normal/Flying Pokemon, and that is because other it isn't fast enough to be a viable sweeper, severely limited coverage, and all of its Abilities are too situational to fit in OU. It doesn't help that it cannot even learn Brave Bird, one of the better physical Flying STAB.

Branching allowed. I don't have much else restriction to put, but you may want to change its Normal-type to stand out from the other Normal/Flying competitors... including the fella below. Two Abilities and one Hidden Ability.

Toucannon doesn't really fare better; while its Attack is pretty big for an early route bird Pokemon, it is essentially a master of none; it isn't bulky enough to hold on in even PU, and isn't fast enough to properly fast sweeping. It do have the more useful Skill Link and especially Sheer Force, as well as some interesting coverages. Beak Blast could be an interesting move but alas, its too frail to worth the risk. Its moreso its own stats that are the bigger problem.

Branching allowed. Like Unfezant's evolution, Toucannon's evolution may have its Normal-type replaced to stand out from competitors. I will advice to not make it Fire/Flying to avoid redundancy with Talonflame, but I will not completely forbid if you do. Two Abilities and one Hidden Ability.

Pre-Evolution: Unfezant
Pre-Evo New Moves: Slash, Reversal, Double Kick
Pre-Evo Competitive Uses: Outclassed mostly by Beautifowl, Unfezant still is bulky with the power of Eviolite on its side. It has 50% crit STAB slashes and can be a bulkier, less useful Wish passer than its evolution. Also not weak to Faries.

Pokémon Name: Barfowl [Barf + Fowl]
Pokémon Typing: Fighting / Flying
Abilities: Big Pecks / Safe Strikes / Rivalry
Stats: 90 HP (+10) / 130 (+15) Atk / 90 (+10) Def / 75 (+10) SpA / 65 SpD / 113 (+20) Spe | 553 (+65) BST
New Moves: Drill Peck, Slash, Superpower, Reversal, Double Kick, Triple Kick, Pursuit, Belch, Acid
Custom Elements:
Safe Strikes: Attack and Accuracy of Physical moves are increased by *1.2, but are unable to critical.
Code: https://pastebin.com/g0U5d3fs
Height + Weight: 1.5m / 35 kg
Description: Barfowl has been tinted green from consumption of urban food, including settling into trash. It can settle into trash dumps over other Pokemon due to its fighting prowess. It has also adapted to the smog of the cities, able to attack with some precision. It still is unable to handle poison very well. Both Males and Females can become Barfowls with enough outside influence.
Competitive Uses: Barfowl acts as a Z-Move wallbreaker with U-Turn. Its speed stat creeps on the Lati twins, Kartana, etc, allowing it to threaten them with high power attacks. Superpower and the Fighting type also pair well in eliminating much of Flying's resists, making the user to play around its stat drops. It also acts as a fast taunt user, and somewhat threatens psychics with U-Turn+Pursuit.
Is It Overpowered?: While Barfowl has a fairly high attack stat along with its ability, it has to use Superpower to damage anything that resists Flying. It is then forced out with a nonthreating U-Turn. It has a hard time switching in with slightly below average defenses. It is revenge killed by faster special attackers like Scarf Lele and Greninja. Pokemon like Landrous-T, Beautifowl, Slowbro, and Tangrowth can easily wall/lure the Z-Move. It also can't set up, making the higher attack less meaningful.
Z-Fightinium (Barfowl) @ Fightinium Z
Ability: Safe Strikes
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Drill Peck
- Superpower
- Pursuit / Roost / Taunt / Defog
- U-turn

Pokémon Name: Beautifowl (Beautiful + Fowl)
Pokémon Typing: Fairy / Flying
Abilities: Big Pecks / Super Luck / Cute Charm
Stats: 130 HP (+50) / 100 (-15) Atk / 105 (+25) Def / 55 (-10) SpA / 85 (+30) SpD / 68 (-15) Spe | 553 (+65) BST
New Moves: Sky Snipe, Play Rough, Disarming Voice, Dazzling Gleam, Moonblast, Slash, Reversal, Double Kick, Whirlwind
Custom Elements:
Sky Snipe: 80BP Flying Contact with increased Crit. (Drill Run clone with 100% accuracy)
Height + Weight: 1m / 21 kg
Description: Takes more inspiration from Tranquill and Pidove. Males have peacock like pink feathers attract humans to give it food. Females are still a dull colour, but with a pink hue. This was once the default evolution of Unfezant, but urban influence made them adapt.
Competitive Uses: A bulky utility fairy type who can pass Wishes and Defog somewhat easily. It acomplishes this over its Eviolite pre-evolution with a much higher HP stat and a better, threatening, typing. It prevents itself from being too much of set up fodder with 50% or 100% crit Sky Snipes or phazing. Also somewhat handles Intimidaters with its bulk and crits.
Is It Overpowered?: Beautifowl faces extremely heavy moveslot syndrome, unable to use many of its utility options, and mostly locked into mono-STAB. Sky Snipe's perfect crit is appealing, but is heavily resisted (Steel resists both STABs) and comes off a relatively weak stat/type. Its role as a U-Turn user (and Defogger) is hampered by a Rocks weakness.
Wishpasser (Beautifowl) @ Leftovers
Ability: Super Luck
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Atk / 252 Def
Impish Nature
- Play Rough / Sky Snipe
- Wish
- Protect / Whirlwind
- U-turn

Offensive Defog (Beautifowl) @ Scope Lens / Leftovers
Ability: Super Luck
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 Def
Adamant Nature
- Sky Snipe
- Roost
- Defog
- U-turn
---
Pre-Evolution: Toucannon
Pre-Evo Competitive Uses: Toucannon with Eviolite bulk can use Beak Blast much more efficiently that its 2 more directly offensive evolutions who would rather Air Slash or Beak Drill.

176383

Pokémon Name: Parablaster [Parrot + Blaster]
Pokémon Typing: Steel / Flying
Abilities: Keen Eye / Galvanize / Sheer Force
Stats: 90 (+10) HP / 85 (-35) Atk / 95 (+20) Def / 90 (+25) SpA / 80 (+15) SpD / 85 (+25) Spe | 545 (+60) BST
New Moves: Air Slash, Roar, Selfdestruct, Snarl, Aurora Beam, Shock Wave, Magnet Bomb, Mirror Shot
Height + Weight: 100BP from Low Kick.
Description: Toucannon's beak has gotten so big and heavy that it is unwieldy to peck with. Its steel enforced beak is shaped like a megaphone to project sounds to intimidate opposing threats. Its wings have gotten an electric wiring to them making them faster, compensating for the overall weight increase.
Competitive Uses: It fires off bulky Sheer Force boosted STABs just like NIdoking. It can also have some utility - it has a good type to use either Roar or Beak Blast. Sheer Force may be the prefered ability, but Galvanize lets Parablaster threaten other fliers (as a steel type) and waters easily. It can use a surprise Swords Dance set, but is outclassed by its pre-evo and other evolution. It can wall of what Celesteela does but also can U-Turn out or get rid of Steel/Flying with Boomburst.
Is It Overpowered?: Sheer Force is very threatening, but Parablaster is still somewhat slow and can't use Flame Charge (to gain speed). It still has about the same SpA as Nidoking - powerful but not too overwhelming. It also doesn't get as good coverage as the Nidos. Scarf sets don't get the Life Orb benefit, and are outsped by faster scarfers. Galvanize Boomburst isn't as powerful without STAB or Sheer Force but is still interesting (leave more to Exploud). Magnezone and potential Golem-A can trap Parablaster, too.
Scarf (Parablaster) @ Choice Scarf
EVs: 4 Def / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Ability: Sheer Force / Galvanize
Timid Nature
- Heat Wave / Boomburst
- Air Slash
- Flash Cannon

New Moves: Beak Drill, Spike Cannon
Custom Elements:
Beak Drill: 25BP Multi-Hit Flying move (Bullet Seed clone, inc. Bulletproof)
Height + Weight: 60BP from Low Kick
Description: Toucannon's beak has gotten thinner and longer, able to fire off rapid attacks with ease. The beak has a glossy, brighter finish, and all of the white feathers have been turned grey.
Competitive Uses: Sporting all of Toucannon's coverage, Finchfire can break through lots of the metagame. While it may not be super bulky on the onset, if it gets paralyzed/poisoned (with Marvel Scale) it will fire boosted Facades. Of course, it can abuse Skill Link with its new STAB, and dual dance with SD / Flame Charge.

New Moves: Shore Up, Stone Slam, Bullet Punch
Custom Elements: Stone Slam: Rock-type Thousand Waves clone
Description: Gigoni grows a gem on it's forehead, and some of it's stones become round with markings on them. Several rock chunks float around Gigoni, as if Gigoni itself was a planet.
Competitive Uses: Capitalizing off of what Golem is, which is a Stealth Rock setter with capabilities of Hyper Offense, Gigoni takes this to a whole other level. Usual sets involving Weakness Policy mean Gigoni can set up and then use a boosted Bullet Punch, either killing, or making a great chip. Pileup allows it to retain a defensive staple, allowing for a more defensive Lefties/Toxic set, making it even better with the trapping ability of Thousand Waves.

Height: 1.6 m
Design: Much bigger with a lot of feathers, giving it some sort of round shape. Its beak is even bigger, with colors varying from light orange to yellow. The black parts are now dark red and the white parts are now gray.
Competitive: Instead of relying on speed and priority like Talonflame, Rampherno is all about the sheer power (pun intended) of his Flare Blitz and either Brave Bird or Beak Blast (+ Maybe Bulldoze or Seed Bomb for coverage). Really good choice band/scarf user (though it might still be kinda slow even with the latter). It's also more bulky and can possibly Roost or set Tailwind (which it really much appreciates). TR could be interesting too.
Is it broken? 4x weakness to rocks, slow like hell and isn't that bulky.

Pre-Evolution: Golem
Pokémon Name: Gigoni
Type:

Abilities
: Solid Rock/Sturdy (Bulletproof)
Stats: 100 / 120 / 145 / 55 / 75 / 45 | BST: 535
New Moves: Pileup, Thousand Waves, Bullet Punch
Custom Elements: Pileup: Rock-type Shore Up Clone.

Pre-Evolution: Golem-Alola
Pokémon Name: Gigoni-Alola
Type:

Abilities
: Magnet Pull/Sturdy (No Guard)
Stats: 100 / 120 / 145 / 55 / 75 / 45 | BST: 535
New Moves: Pileup, Zap Cannon, Dynamic Punch
Custom Elements: Pileup: Rock-type Shore Up
Description: Gigoni-Alola gets several yellow stones in it's beard, as well as a gem on it's forehead.
Competitive Uses: Can actually punish Steel-types now!
Just in case you missed some details, you may not use Legendary-exclusive moves, but you can make clones off with different typing. A Rock-type Thousand Waves for example.

Unfezant comes from the era before early-game Normal/Flying types got any good coverage moves. It also lacks Brave Bird and Hurricane. Fine, let's roll with that.

Stats: 85 / 140 / 90 / 70 / 60 / 103 | 548 BST ( +5 / +25 / +10 / +5 / +5 / +10 )
Competitive: A powerful wall breaker with limited coverage. Its only option against most Steel or Rock types is a boosted Z-move or a weak Heat Wave or Steel Wing. Still, played correctly it can check many pokemon, pivot with U-turn, and possibly rip big holes in the opponent's team with Raptor Claw or Double Edge. Could Defog as well.
Female:
Ability: Big Pecks / Super Luck | Sheer Force ( HA )
Stats: 80 / 120 / 80 / 95 / 55 / 118 | 548 BST ( - / +5 / - / +30 / - / +25 )
Competitive: A fast mixed attacker with Air Slash, Body Slam, Heat Wave, and possibly Steel Wing. Life Orb Air Slash is not quite as powerful as M-Pidgeot's Hurricane, but Grousing's Heat Wave is much stronger, OHKOing Ferrothorn and 2HKOing Celesteela with their specially defensive sets. Body Slam can be much stronger than Air Slash when invested in Atk, but then its coverage moves are rather weak.

Male gets Intimidate due to plumage, Female gets higher speed due to "better flying ability" mentioned in the pokedex.

Pre-Evolution: (Alolan) Golem
Pokémon Name: (Alolan) Goremu

176364

Pokémon Typing: Electric, Rock
Abilities: Magnet Pull, Galvanize. Hidden Abilities; Levitate.

Pokedex Entry: At each point of an Alolan Golem's, life (near the end), they will climb the tallest Mountian they can find, and rest upon the very top of it. At the top, they will go into a deep slumber. This slumber is like hibernation, and they can't wake up. In this state, their body completely stops. They can't reanimate until a bolt of thunder hits them. Some of these Alolan Golems never are hit by this bolt of thunder, and end up dying completely, but. For the lucky few that do, they will be overloaded by the bolt of thunder hitting them, completely absorbing the bolt. Once they'vee evolved into an (Alolan) Goremu, they'll (usually) just end up becoming "zombies". They're extremely dangerous, almost having no conscious at all. All they do is eat, sleep, and repeat this for the rest of their life. However, when angered, they're able to fire off thunders by just snapping their fingers. They live usually live off eating rocks, and anything relating to steel (including Pokemon, and man-made structures). If they're disturbed by anything, even the wind blowing against it, - they will roar, as this roar can be heard up from ten miles away. After this outburst of anger, they'll float up, and start a thunderstorm.
But, there are a few that keep their conscious after evolving, and (usually), don't change their behavior from their previous stage (Alolan Golem).
New Moves: Thunderus Outburst, Ice Punch, Accelerock

Stats: HP 90 / Atk 150 / Def 135 / SpA 35 / SpD 85 / Spe 85 | (580) BST
Custom Elements: Thunderus Outburst (Electric type outrage clone).

Height + Weight: 1.7 m | 316 kg (120 BP)
Description: (Alolan) Goremu is shaped like a round boulder, which is almost the same as (Alolan) Golem. On (Alolan) Goremu, it has a white, long, shaggy, beard. This beard is a golden yellow and has some blue "sparks" that surge around it. (Alolan) Goremu's eyes are pure yellow, has two bushy eyebrows. These eyebrows are somewhat of an ash black color. On (Alolan) Goremu's back, there are two long black rocks sticking out in a somewhat triangle shape. Inbetween these two black rocks, it has a stream of electricity connecting between the two rocks. This electricity is yellow, with some blue tints to it. Its arms and legs are the same as (Alolan) Golem's legs, and arms. (Alolan)

Competitive Uses: A-Goremu has a great attacking stat, great bulk, and Magnet Pull. A-Goremu does have two other great abilities (levitate, and Galvanize), it's main niche would probably end up steel trapping. Though levitate is also great with ice punch as a possible Landorus Therian lure set, A-Goremu just does steel trapping much better. Access to fire punch, earthquake, electric stab, decent enough speed too outrun most steels, and an amazing 150 attack, A-Goremu is the premier steel trapper. A-Goremu has great passive bulk for it to tank most hits and with enough speed, outruns most bulky steels. With its monster 150 attack, it can break steel walls easily. A-Goremu is very slappable, too. It works on most teams, all it comes down too is if you have a problem with bulky steels.
Is It Overpowered?: Mediocre speed, bad spdef, and a quite below average typing prevents A-Goremu from becoming an almost amazing wall breaker. Landorus switches in on most of its attacks (only worried about Ice Punch), and that kind of goes for most ground types in general. A lot of Steels just end up forcing it to switch. Another problem with A-Goremu is the lack of actual recovery, as it's very easy to chip down. A-Goremu also has a bad matchup with stuff like Kartana and anything that can outspeed it. Though it does have decent coverage, and a nice attacking stat to deal with most checks it has.

Movesets:

Trapper-A Goremu @ Life Orb
Adamant Nature
Ability: Magnet Pull
EVs: 76 HP / 252 Atk / 192 Spe

Pre-Evolution: Golem
Pokémon Name: Goremu

176366

Pokémon Typing: Rock

Abilities: Battle Armor, Solid Rock. Hidden Ability: Sandstream.
Stats: HP 100 / Atk 110 / Def 140 / SpA 90 / SpD 100 / Spe 35 | (580) BST

Pokedex: At each point of a Golem's, life (near the end), they can sleep for months at end. Most Golems can stay awake for weeks at a time, but then fall asleep for months, sometimes years. Most Golems when they reach this point end up falling asleep randomly, however. At this point in their life, they can almost withstand anything. Some Golems may fall asleep at random, but. Some Golems undergo some changes base on their surroundings when they sleep. Some Golems have been recorded to fall asleep in lakes, still living. Their head is usually in their shell, as their shell blocks off water from entering, but allows oxygen from the water to enter, somewhat like gills. Or, in similar cases with different weathers, a Golem might fall asleep in a sandstorm, and get buried within the sand. However, these are the only cases where, when Golem wakes up, they will end up causing a sandstorm whenever they go. Though there are other (more common cases), where a Golem falls asleep, and plants grow on them. These forms of Golem are much more sturdy and have changed in form from their original state, and as so, is considered evolution. This fairly rare evolution is called "Goremu". These are similar cases of "Goremu" in Alolan; where it's Alolan counterpart seems to change during its sleep, too (though the change of Alolan Golem is much more different than normal Goremu).

New Moves: Spikes, Shore Up
Custom Elements: N/A

Height + Weight: 1.4 m | Weight 600 kg
Description: Goremu's body is similar too Golem's, however, it isn't as completely spherical. Some of the stones on its body may be sticking out, and most of the stones are rougher around the edges. Goremu's eyes are barely visible, as its eyes are almost completely shut tight. It has no teeth and has a long white beard. Depending on where the Goremu evolved, Goremu may have flowers, grass, and even a small tree on top of its back, sand pouring from the cracks of its stone, or water pouring from the cracks of its stones. Its arm and legs are much more skinny, coming off as almost fragile. It also carries around a walking stick made out of rocks.

Competitive Uses: Goremu has a decent attacking stat, great bulk (especially in the sandstorm), and a usable move pool. Due to the nature of Goremu can be quite a decent tank. Goremu works best with the ability of sand stream. Getting access to Shore Up, and sand stream on the switch in, with 100/150/100 bulk, makes Goremu an overall great wall. It can get up rocks (and spikes), spread toxic, or even check a lot of possible threats. Just overall access to Shore Up is just another great reason to run Sandstream Goremu, as it doesn't worry about chip damage at all, due to it just being able to pretty much restore all of it's HP. It can wall most of the physical side of the metagame, though struggles against Kartana, Z-Freeze shock Kyurem Black, and it's fighting types. Outside of that, Goremu can decently wall most of the metagame and works well on sand-based teams. Is It Overpowered?: Slow, struggling against special wall breakers, and having problems with fighting types, Z-Freeze Shock Kyurem Black, and Kartana, really prevent it from being a premier wall (like Toxapex). While it's great at walling, it struggles to wall special attackers like Magearna, which can set up on it without worrying about toxic, and the same thing can be said about Kartana, though It's fairly easily revenge killed (if it can't shore up), by Kartana. Also, as much as it can get up hazards, it does struggle against some Pokemon (like Kartana), which force it to switch, or common defoggers like Celesteela/Skarmory, which can defog, and not worry about fire punch.

Movesets:
Golem @ Leftovers Impish Nature
Ability: Sand Stream
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Atk / 252 Def
- Fire Punch/Stone Edge
- Shore Up

- Spikes/Fille

New Moves: Icicle Spear, Ice Shard, Icicle Crash, Ice Beam, Accelerock
Custom Elements: none.
Height + Weight: 30kg heavier than Golem, 1m taller.
Description: Goudler can survive both types of desert: the hot, sandy one, and the cold tundra.
Competitive Uses: Dual weather sweeper. Skill Link set breaks leads and substitute sweepers. Its versatility means it can fit to a lot of teams easily.
Is It Overpowered?: It possibly has the worst defensive typing in the game so, no.

Abilities: Motor Drive / Magnet Pull (Galvanize)
Stats: 90 / 130 / 130 / 55 / 75 / 85 (BST: 565)
New Moves:
Custom Elements:
Height + Weight: 30kg heavier, 1m taller
Description: Bigger magnet, bigger beard.
Competitive Uses: It now has the Speed stat to outspeed bulky steel types so it is no longer reliant of a Choice Scarf to trap them. A Motor Drive set lets it hard check Electric-types while Galvanize lets it nuke (now with a higher Speed!).
Is It Overpowered?: I don't think so. It has double weakness to Ground and it's not that fast.

Description: A bigger, bulkier Toucan.
Competitive Uses: Early Bird, along with Bulk Up and Rest, allows it to become a bulky set up sweeper. Its stat spread is perfect for a Bulk Up sweeper. It can even forgo Rest for Roost if it opts to use Skill Link or Sheer Force.

New Moves: Beak Drill, Sap Drainer, Spike Cannon
Custom Elements:
Beak Drill: 25BP Flying Type multi-hit move.
Sap Drainer: 80BP Flying move, super effective against Poison, always poisons user.
While it may not be super bulky on the onset, Marvel Scale and Sap Drainer allow Finchfire to tank physical hits and retaliate with boosted Facades or Beak Blast. Of course, it can abuse Skill Link with its new STAB.
Skill Link (Finchfire) @ Leftovers
EVs: 248 HP / 252 Atk / 8 Def

Ability: Skill Link
- Beak Drill
- Bullet Seed

- Swords Dance / U-Turn
I'm sorry, but you can only give one Custom Move for each Evolution, and that's more than one you had given to Finchfire. You would need to remove one or the other. Plus, I don't see Sap Drainer being a real clone since no moves seems to be based off, and not even Freeze-Dry have this much Base Power and doesn't give the user a status.

Pre-Evolution: Golem
Pokémon Name: Rockkach (Rock + kachhua (tortoise in Hindi))
Pokémon Typing:

Abilities: Rock Head / Sturdy | Dry Skin (HA)
Stats: 90 HP / 130 Atk / 140 Def / 60 SpA / 85 SpD / 50 Spe | 555 BST
New Moves: Recover, Shore Up, Head Smash, Flare Blitz, Hone Claws, Accelerock
Custom Elements: None
Height + Weight: 2 m, 470 kg
Description: After evolving, Rocckach its underbelly become more tortoise-liek, with the rock resembling closer to a turtle shell, except still rounder and rockier. The shell also have small stalagmites with darker colors. The extra arms that Graveler used to have returns into the shell, and there are four extra rocky arms this time as opposed to two, and they have darker colors like the stalagmites.
Competitive Uses: Although it remain fairly slow, it can make better use of Rock Head with Head Smash and Flare Blitz, with Hone Claws allowing for nice Attack boost and making Stone Edge or Head Smash more accurate. Shore Up makes it fit on a Sand team, but Recover is a more reliable alternative if you are not good with weather control. Dry Skin turns its weakness of Water into an immunity and recover itself, and can even fit into a Rain team to get rid of pesky opposing Water-types by surprise. This is at the cost of having its Fire resistance less powerful and take damage from Sun.
Is It Overpowered?: Two double weaknesses of two common attacking types (Water and Grass) is always bad, and when running Dry Skin to get rid of crippling Water weakness, you'd end up having it crippled with recoil damage with Head Smash unless you give it Recover. It is also still pretty slow, which means that revenge killing (without Accelerock) will be pretty easy. Grass-types in general are the biggest threats, but only Mega Venusaur can handle Rockkach the best does to Thick Fat Ability, though all of them except Ferrothorn should take Head Smash seriously (and Ferrothorn itself will faint from Flare Blitz alone).

Pre-Evolution: Alolan Golem
Pokémon Name: Alolan Rockkach
Pokémon Typing:

Abilities: Magnet Pull / Sturdy | Galvanize (HA)
Stats: 90 HP / 130 Atk / 110 Def (-30) / 60 SpA / 75 SpD (-10) / 90 Spe (+40) | 555 BST
New Moves: Recover, Shore Up, Head Smash, Flare Blitz, Hone Claws, Accelerock, Fly
Custom Elements: None
Height + Weight: 2.4 m, 650 kg
Description: Alolan Rockkach lost its "hair-like" stones as the stones moved into the railgun, reinforcing the charge of the railgun evn further, to the point where it have a rocket-like booster that allows it to fly and go faster. Other than that, It maintain the changes between Golem and Rockkach aside of much fewer darker stalagmites.
Competitive Uses: Rock and Electric is better off as a more offensive type, and Alolan Rockkach will show how it is done. While it certainly loses some Defense Golem and Alolan Golem are known for, it make up for that with higher Speed (which can stack with Rock Polish) and also have the same new moves that Kantonian Rockkach have (with Fly, but you'd won't use it, its just for flavor to go with description). This means that it can now really threatens Steel-type with Magnet Pull thanks to Flare Blitz.
Is It Overpowered?: Double weakness of Ground is something to take into severe consideration, as Landorus-T and Mega Swampert will severely threaten it and can OHKO Rockkach with Earthquake. Unless if it set up a Rock Polish, it can also easily get outrun by Choice Scarf users and naturally faster Pokemon like Tapu Lele and Mega Alakazam (however, if it did managed to put a Rock Polish, Greninja better needs its Water Shuriken). Its Special Defense is also not favorable, so Special Attackers in general can put a quick work shall they managed to outrun it.

Pre-Evolution: Unfezant
Pokémon Name: Ruderunner (Rude + roadrunner)
Pokémon Typing:

Abilities: Aerilate / Super Luck | Rivalry (HA)
Stats: 84 HP / 121 Atk / 84 Def / 70 SpA / 65 SpD / 110 Spe | 534 BST
New Moves: Knock Off, Brave Bird, Brick Break, Hone Claws, Acrobatics, Iron Head, Iron Tail, Torment, Flatter, Fake Out
Custom Elements: None
Height + Weight: 1.5 m, 46 kg
Description: After evolving, the male Ruderunner's wattle have its tips to become darker red and have two pointy tips at the end of each wattles. The feather become considerably darker, with the underbelly green feathers becoming slightly lighter. The female Ruderunner do gain wattles, but they are shorter, and the brown feathers become light purple instead.
Competitive Uses: Aerilate isn't going to make things easy for enemies, with Flying-type Priority STAB with Aerilate Quick Attack and stronger STAB for Return/Frustration. Dark-type is for Knock Off (or if you are willing to use Super Luck, Night Slash for constant Crits) and to foil Psychic-types, especially those who are slower without Choice Scarf. Iron Head is the ideal anti-Fairy measure, as while Mega Mawile, Tapu Koko and Magearna can take more than one Iron Head just fine, the rest of them would not want to take risk into switching in an Iron Head. Aerilate Fake Out can be pretty annoying as well, especially nothing is immune to Flying thus it can foil any Sturdy, Focus Sash and Disguise attempt, and can be combined with Quick Attack for near sure-fire revenge kill against crippled sweepers as well unless it have Priority immunity or if Psychic Terrain is active.
Is It Overpowered?: Its Special bulk is crippling, thus many strong Special Attackers can take it down in 2HKO or even an outright OHKO (especially if the attack is Super Effective). While it is fast, there are still other Pokemon that are faster, such as Greninja (both base and Ash Greninja), Tapu Koko and Mega Latios, as well as several such as Landorus-T and Tapu Lele who can outspeed with Choice Scarf (unless Ruderunner also have its own Choice Scarf). Physically bulky Pokemon such as Heatran and Ferrothorn can wall it as well. However, the Aerilate Fake Out + Quick Attack combo can take out any fast sweepers with severely low HP for revenge killing, so be prepared for that once it switch in.

Pre-Evolution: Toucannon
Pokémon Name: Koukaboom (Kaboom + Koucan (Hawaiian of Toucan))
Pokémon Typing:

Abilities: Intimidate / Skill Link | Sheer Force (HA)
Stats: 100 HP / 130 Atk / 110 Def / 55 SpA / 90 SpD / 60 Spe | 555 BST
New Moves: Pecking Fury, Flare Blitz, Iron Head, Double-Edge, Earthquake, Bulldoze, Rock Slide, Stone Edge, Self-Destruct, Explosion
Custom Elements: Pecking Fury (Flying-type Bullet Seed clone.)
Height + Weight: 1.7 m, 58 kg
Description: The beak of Koukaboom now have a darker red tip, and the irises become red. Although its feathers now sports darker red feathers and the yellow feathers become longer, it now sports a notably confident and smug expression compared to the grumpier Toucannon's perpetual expression. The wings also have bright yellow tips on the frontal side, which brights when using certain moves such as Flare Blitz, Beak Blast and Explosion.
Competitive Uses: Be it a set up wallbreaker (Skill Link, Sheer Force) or a physical wall (Intimidate), Koukaboom isn't someone you wanna mess with. Its signature move, Pecking Fury, is made for Skill Link, as it allows it to put a headache into anything that doesn't resist Flying. Steel-types coming at you? It got both Earthquake and Flare Blitz, which means that not even Heatran would stand much of a chance, especially if Koukaboom is healthy, and Sheer Force + Flare Blitz means Steel-type switching in is absolutely out of question. Intimidate, alongside its good Physical bulk, can make life difficult for even Physical wallbreakers, as Koukaboom can just heal off with Roost for the defensive movesets, and Beak Blast that inflict burn against contact abusers doesn't make the situation any better (unless the contact user is a Fire-type).
Is It Overpowered?: It is slow, so faster Special Attacking threats (especially with super effective STABs) can make a quick work out of Koukaboom, though since it can use Earthquake, Electric-type isn't the best unless you are Zapdos... but Skill Link Rock Blast will likely beat that one from a boosted Koukaboom. Burn/Toxic/Paralysis (doesn't work against Rest Koukaboom) and Intimidate can also stick a severe wrench into its gears, and Stealth Rocks can whittle its HP pretty quickly if switched in. While it can be unpredictable because of its three useful Abilities, its Normal/Flying isn't really the best for either offensive or defensive roles, and as such it compete with Landorus-T, Zapdos and Celesteela that have better typing, but doesn't have more Abilities thus made them more predictable (or Landorus-T not really a master of all in comparison).

I might make an Evolution for Unfezant and Toucannon later on.

Voting phase is open! Here are the reminders of the voting phase rules in the OP post.
  • During the voting phase, you will vote up to three submissions. Voting for a paired submissions for a brenched evolution will count as one. You can self-vote, but only for one submission/paired submission per slated Pokemon, and you may not vote to just your submissions either. Bear in mind that the order of voting will not matter here (example; user 1, user 2, user 3 will equal user 3, user 2 and user 1 in term of amount of vote).
  • If more than one submission for one slated Pokemon had the highest votes, and if the slated Pokemon isn't allowed to have a Brenched evo, a tie-break will proceed during the submission and/or discussion slate.
    • If the slated Pokemon is allowed to be brenched and only two solo submissions have the highest vote, then both will be selected as winners. If either is a paired submission, or if there is more than two solo submissions, then the tie-break will proceed as normal.
Deadline for voting will be at Monday 27th, so be sure to vote!

Just in case, tomorrow is when voting ends as a firm reminder. Be sure to not being too late by then!

Another thing I want to point out is that I implemented titles that represent how many slates you managed to win so far. The following are; Evolution Apprentice (1 submission won), Evolution Assistant (4 submissions won), Evolution Researcher (7 submissions won), Evolution Specialist (9 submissions won), Evolution Professional (12 submissions won) and Elite of Fourth Frontier (15 or more submissions won). There is no real perk other than a "Hall of Fame" recognition. You will also find it in the third OP in the "Hall of Fame" hide tag.

So far, Demon Dragon and I reached the Evolution Apprentice rank (him with one winner submission and me having two) from the first slate. Notice that a paired submission (i.e. a different evolution for both Golem and Alolan Golem, or a branched evolution) will count as one winning submission.

One last chance before I could compile the votes and announce the winners! I do not want to deal with tiebreaking and three voters are too little for us to continue.
