Winners are here!
:ss/milotic:
Concept: Anti-S-Tier
Stats: 95 / 60 / 79 / 125 / 100 / 81 [BST: 540]
Typing:

Ability: Levitate

Notable Moves: Calm Mind, Earth Power, Recover, Sludge Bomb, Solvent Shot, Surf, Thunderbolt, Volt Switch
Milotic’s Movepool
+ Acid, Acid Armor, Acid Spray, Calm Mind, Charge, Charge Beam, Clear Smog, Discharge, Earth Power, Ion Deluge, Magnetic Flux, Sludge, Sludge Bomb, Sludge Wave, Solvent Shot, Spark, Thunder, Thunderbolt, Thunder Shock, Thunder Wave, Venoshock, Volt Switch, Wild Charge, Zap Cannon
- Aqua Ring, Aqua Tail, Avalanche, Brine, Blizzard, Hail, Hydro Pump, Ice Beam, Icy Wind, Mud Sport, Scald, Waterfall, Water Gun, Water Pulse, Water Sport, Whirlpool
Unique Move: Solvent Shot
| 70bp | 100% acc | 32pp
10% chance to badly Poison. Super effective on Steel.
Priority: 0 | Gen: 7 | Secondary | Z-Power: 140 | Targets one adjacent mon

This thing has a number of options, from pivoting sets to bulky offensive to choiced to Calm Mind, but it’s set up in a way that allows it to answer a lot of the meta’s top threats right now regardless of which it runs. Solvent Shot is huge, as it does a ton of damage to the top 2 of Magearna and Kartana, as well as doing good damage to all of the other Steels going around. Immunities to Poison and Paralysis combined with Recover allow it to keep pressure on Clef and Pex throughout long games. Levitate’s protection aids you against mons like Thundi, Heatran, and EQ Celesteela.

:ss/feebas:
Stats: 20 / 15 / 10 / 20 / 55 / 80 [BST: 200]
Typing:

Abilities: Plus / Minus / Adaptability

Return, Frustration, Hidden Power, Toxic, Shadow Claw, Shadow Sneak, Curse, Shadow Ball, Spite, Dark Pulse, Calm Mind, Night Shade, Disable, Knock Off
Agility, First Impression, Assurance, Rest, Throat Chop, Megahorn
Can act as a wallbreaker early-game, while being a great late-game cleaner with No Retreat either once it's checks have been KOed. It also has some moves with nice synergy with Technician.
:ss/shelmet::ss/accelgor:
Concept: Fallen Hero
:ss/shelmet:
Pokemon: Alolan Shelmet
Type:

Stats: 30 / 35 / 40 / 85 / 45 / 70
Ability: Joust | When a Pokémon with this ability is in battle, the Pokémon that moves first deals 1.3x Damage. Switching counts as moving first.
Moves: Shelmet's movepool + Power Gem, Rock Blast, Rock Throw, Sandstorm, Smack Down, Stealth Rock

:ss/accelgor:
Pokemon: Alolan Accelgor
Type:

Stats: 80 / 70 / 40 / 100 / 60 / 145
Ability: Hidden Passage | This Pokemon takes x0.5 damage the turn it switches in
Moves: Alolan Shelmet's movepool + Acid Spray, Agility, Drain Punch, Focus Blast, Knock Off, Laser Focus, Power Swap, Quick Attack, Reversal, Swift, Venom Drench

Pokemon: Shinobug
Type:

Stats: 100 / 85 / 45 / 115 / 65 / 160
Ability: Hidden Passage | This Pokemon takes x0.5 damage the turn it switches in
Moves: Alolan Accelgor's movepool + Brutal Swing, Close Combat, Dark Pulse, Fake Out, Gunk Shot, Low Kick, Low Sweep, Night Daze, Sludge Wave, U-turn

Flavor:
Competitive:
Shinobug is a super fast pivot with a bad typing. In order to remedy this typing, its ability lets it switch in to attacks a little better (changed from taking no damage cuz that's stupid lol). Shinobug also comes with a ton of utility, including Recover, Spikes, Stealth Rock, Encore, and STAB U-turn, along with a reliable STAB+coverage combo in Rock-Fighting (although you do have to run Power Gem to do that). Shinobug's movepool lets you tailor its moveset to your team's needs.
:ss/onix::ss/steelix::ss/steelix-mega:
Concept: Steelbreaker
:ss/onix:
Pokemon: Alolan Onix
Type:

Ability: Rock Head / Sturdy / Flash Fire
Stats: 35 / 45 / 130 / 30 / 45 / 90 (BST: 385)
Movepool: Onix's Movepool + Ember, Flamethrower, Flare Blitz, Fire Blast, Fire Spin, Heat Wave, Incinerate, Sunny Day, Will-o-Wisp

:ss/steelix:
Pokemon: Alolan Steelix (Evolves by trading Alolan Onix with a Metal Coat)
Type:

Ability: Rock Head / Sturdy / Flash Fire
Stats: 75 / 85 / 110 / 55 / 65 / 120 (BST: 510) [+40 / +40 / -20 / +25 / +20 / +30 ]
Movepool: Alolan Onix's Movepool + Crunch, Cut, Dark Pulse, Eruption, Giga Impact, Hyper Beam, Overheat
Signature Move: Exhaust | Fire | Status | BP: -- | Acc: -- | PP: 16 | Heals 50% max HP. User loses their Fire-type. Fails if the user is not a Fire-type.
:ss/steelix-mega:
Pokemon: Mega Alolan Steelix
Type:

Ability: Flame Body
Stats: 75 / 105 / 155 / 75 / 110 / 90 (BST: 610) [+0 / +20 / +45 / +20 / +45 / -30]

Flavor:
1627835486638.png

Quick design sketches
Competitive: The classic offensive base, defensive mega. Base Alolan Steelix takes advantage of Rock Head and its amazing speed to wallbreak using Flare Blitz and Head Smash, checking the likes of most Steel-types, granted they do not have any speed boosts. Mega Alolan Steelix checks Steel-types in a more defensive manner, using its typing to wall anything Heatran, Magearna, and Mega Mawile throws at it while using its massive physical bulk and Flame Body to wall Kartana's massive attack. It does have recovery, but it can only use it once every time it is sent out and loses many of its key resistances when losing its Fire-typing.
:tynamo: :eelektrik: :eelektross:
Concept: Fish
Pokemon Name: Alolan Tynamo
Typing: Electric/Water
Stats: 45 / 45 / 40 / 45 / 40 / 60
Ability: Magic Guard
Notable Moves: Thunder Wave?

Pokemon Name: Alolan Eelektrik
Typing: Electric/Water
Stats: 80 / 65 / 60 / 65 / 60 / 75
Ability: Magic Guard
Notable Moves: Existing movepool, Scald, Hydro Pump, Ice Beam, Surf. Loses Poison moves (sans Toxic), Giga Drain and Fire moves

Pokemon Name: Alolan Eelektross
Typing: Electric/Water
Stats: 100 / 85 / 70 / 85 / 70 / 105
Ability: Magic Guard
Notable Moves: See above

Still playing on the gimmick of the line being Electric types that beat Grounds, Alolan Eel gains a very useful ability in Magic Guard which allows for cool interactions with Life Orb to boost its attacks with no drawback. Typing and bulk with Magic Guard makes it pretty good at beating the top tiers as well.
:urshifu: :urshifu-rapid-strike:
Concept: Alter Duo
Pokemon Name: Alolan Urshifu
Typing: Fighting/Steel
Stats: 100/130/100/63/60/97
Ability: Zero Gravity*
Notable Moves: Loses all Dark moves except Taunt; gains Bullet Punch, Iron Tail, Metal Claw, Meteor Mash, Flash Cannon, Astral Tackle*. Gets Gen 7 universals and Morning Sun

Pokemon Name: Alolan Urshifu Rapid Strike
Typing: Fighting/Ghost
Stats: 100/130/100/63/60/97
Ability: Zero Gravity*
Notable Moves: Loses all Water moves; gains Shadow Ball, Shadow Claw, Shadow Sneak, Shadow Punch, Gravity Hammer*. Gets Gen 7 universals and Moonlight

Zero Gravity: The user's contact moves never miss.
Astral Tackle: 85 BP, 100 acc, 10 pp Physical Steel contact move. Physical move that hits the foe's SpDef.
Gravity Hammer: 80BP, 100 acc, 10pp Ghost move. Grounds targets hit by it (like Thousand Arrows).

So the bear duo, drawing on the Ursa constellations, is here as a cool alter duo with a lot of space references. They take on the secondary typing of their legendary counterpart and get a space-themed ability and signature move. Single Strike plays a lot like a stronger Lucario, with the ability to pull out adaptive damage to get around physical walls (though Steel's mediocre offensive typing may give this limited applications). Rapid Strike seems concerning due to its Marshadow typing and high attack, but with Plubia in the meta, it has a mon that is immune to its dual STAB and it lacks strong Ghost STAB (Gravity Hammer is its strongest). Also, Gravity Hammer's side effect is mediocre given that its only Ground move is Dig.
Congratulations to the winners!

We can now start the new slate. This slate will focus on creating one new tutor move for some types. This slate, those types are Fire, Water, Grass, Electric, Normal and Dragon. The submission template can be found in the OP of this thread. The slate will last for 5 days and we'll accept a winner per type.

Ice Types typically struggle with sustain during battles, this move allows those without Recovery options to gain it which will help cope with entry hazards, as well as adding compression to those who already can - and if used during hail, the added Sleep chance can be a significant threat that could help that team-building option in comparison to Sun/Sea/Sand which gets all the other cool toys.
