This poll determines which defunct CAP will undergo a buffing process (detailed here). There will be two initial polls before beginning the buffing process itself, one on which CAP to buff, and a second to decide who is the Buff Leader.
This will be a Ranked Pairs vote (RP) (a form of voting where each candidate is ranked according to head to head matchups with each of its competitors in a directed acyclic graph), the details of which were discussed here.
This is a ranked vote: order does matter! You can upvote your favorites and downvote your least favorites. You may choose to rank as many or as few options as you like, but we encourage you to rank as many options as possible to ensure your preferences are taken into account.

Malaconda is a long term unranked CAP, but has problems that are incredibly deepset within its design. The CAP Metagame council would like to tackle Malaconda eventually, but given that this is the first iteration of a buff process, we elected to remove it from the ballot due to its perceived difficulty.
Fidgit is a fairly recent unrank, but the CAP Metagame council felt that its issues are not due to inherent issues with the mon itself, but rather a lack of a friendly metagame to its strongest playstyle (Trick Room). We felt that this mon will likely become stronger on its own once the metagame is more suited to Trick Room as a playstyle. If Fidgit remains unranked for longer it will be eligible in future buff cycles.
