Swamp shouldn't trap but outside of that sounds pretty good

Hey, y'all!

I'm lazy as shit so you probably wouldn't notice, but I'm one of the Cancellors over here at CFM. One of the jobs I do have though is co-managing FFF. What is FFF, you probably didn't ask? Well, let me explain.

We've created a draft league for the members of CFM to play and battle it out in, using all of the changes we've made so far! Sadly, signups are now closed, but I'll be keeping you all up to date with the latest news from the league and, if you'd like to follow it more closely, make sure to join the CFM discord! The full rules to the league can also be found there. To begin with, let's do a quick rundown of the teams and their picks so far. (Just to note, this is actually V2 of FFF, but that ended up kinda dying.)

Columbus Chode - Ezaphs & fuck dick fuck
Owner of the Nexus server Eza and the mysterious fuck dick fuck have formed an alliance to create the aptly named Columbus Chode. So far, their most notable pick is the full purchase of Staryu, one of the most expensive Pokemon available in the entire draft, also coming with some serious drawbacks being a tier 0+. The rest of the team is a mixed bag, with the fat Audino-Mega, Quiver Dancing Flygon and the toolbox Heatmor.

Ketamine Kouple - Marowhacker & PorygodOfSeizures
2 previous competitors from season one, yours truly and the former owner of Team Questionable have banded together in the name of Person Man to form the Ketamine Kouple. As for the team, so far we've taken a bulky sand core revolving around Mega Tyranitar, but have also stolen some budget picks that could have been good in the later stages of the draft - Araquanid and Electrode.

Papa Cancer
Cancer Fairy really needs no introduction here. But does the team hold up? (Spoilers, it looks scary). Dad has gone straight in picking Unown, probably the real posterchild of CFM, also taking the versatile Forretress and now powerful Farfetch'd. Importantly here though, he is yet to spend any of his allocated budget and is picking his team in a clear order.

OG OJs - Rubix Cubes & AVKarp
Another 2 fighters from Season 1, Rubix & Nathan have continued the legacy of the Orange Juice meme by forming the OG OJs. The threats that jump out here are Mega Garchomp which has has a huge buff up in CFM and Azumarill, which does what Azumarill does. However, the bulkier side of the draft should not be underestimated - Corsola and Noctowl have proven to be extremely bulky and annoying mons after much play in the server.

Anime Patrol - Yung Dramps and Tin Can
When the weaboos strike, who ya gonna call? 2 anime haters, Yung Dramps (you already know who it is) and a new competitor, Tin Can, are patrolling the CFM streets. Looking at their current draft, Shuckle, Slaking and Mega Medicham form an extremely threatening webs core. However, to balance out the frailty of this, Dusknoir has also been drafted in to create a definitely powerful squad of Pokemon.

Critical Shit - I AM GANDHI
Gandhi has come back from the dead to be a solo competitor in FFFv2. On display here, he has picked out an extremely strong offensive core of Mega Pinsir & Mismagius, which could blow away any team looking to wall them off. To counteract the possible frailty of this though, legendary fat mon Celesteela and one of the only Silvally forms drafted so far, Silvally-Ghost have been chosen to back up the team.

Boneless Barbaracles - MaceMaster
Mace had one of the most threatening teams during 2017's face-off, and could be pulling off another one of his powerful drafts. To most teams' dismay, Jirachi and Toxapex have already been placed into an annoying yet extremely overpowering current draft. It's not all stally mons though - Mega Houndoom, Lunatone and Shaymin can all bring some powerful sets and attacks to the table. The real question is though, will Water Pulse Rachi return?

Krabby Klub - Tank Cat & Fusedjoker
Notorious flower-fucker Tank Cat and weeb Fusedjoker have founded the Krabby Klub, which definitely has a good acronym. Team-wise, some "interesting" picks have been made - Chimecho, Sunflora and Jumpluff stand out from the crowd. Parasect & Pyukumuku, however, could cause some serious problems to anyone unprepared to break through them. Do the Krabby Club have some big plans up their sleeves?
"we couldn't afford a real krabby as a mascot so we used a parasect instead and hoped no one would notice"- Tank Cat

Baltimore Oricorios - JIggy & LorisMasta17
2 brand new competitors, JIggy & Loris, have already made some choices that put their team in a very worrying spot for the rest of the league. Huge choices like Skarmory, Latias (a Tier 0) and Typhlosion could really set the Oricorios apart. Another shrewd pick is Oricorio, due to its versatility in a league like this. Despite this, there is a big downside - a big chunk of their budget has been spent, so can they hold out?

Denver Dugtrios - Nico
Rounding out our collection of players is Nico's Denver Dugtrios, another brand new team not playing in FFFv1. Some exciting picks here include Dewgong, which can mess with Contrary mechanics, and Moltres, who can set and abuse sun. Another solid addition to Nico's team is Stakataka, allowing him to possibly abuse the Trick Room playstyle.

And that's the unnecessarily long intro! If you'd like to support, pick a team to support, follow the draft and eventually get ready to watch some games!

Chucky that Annabelle (Banette-Mega) @ Banettite
Ability: Frisk
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Knock Off / Shadow Claw
- Sucker Punch / Shadow Sneak
- Play Rough / U-Turn
- Destiny Bond / Gunk Shot / Taunt
I think I now know why the hell this thing ended at CFOU... Great defensive typing, variated offensive movepool, nice utility presence, wow, now this thing is such a stupidly versatile mon, leaving such a really little number of reliable answers. Of course, it suffers from a horrible 4MSS, but this doesn't make it less frightening. I think I've felt in love.

Cherrim @ Life Orb
Ability: Flower Gift
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Sunny Day / Healing Wish
- Hyper Voice / Solar Beam
- Fire Blast / Flamethrower
- Moonblast / Hidden Power Ground

Cherrim @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Flower Gift
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Healing Wish / Rapid Spin
- Hyper Voice
- Fire Blast / Flamethrower
- Moonblast / Hidden Power Ground
Well, I think someone's wet dreams have become true, this thing is a monster. With almost unresisted STABs, both boosted by its ability (well, just one if you aren't running Sunny Day), and the few things that can take both (Dragon mons, Heatran and some Poison mons) are taken by either Moonblast or Hp Ground, so now show me ya switch-ins.

Yanmega @ Dragonium Z
Ability: Tinted Lens
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Quiver Dance
- Draco Meteor / Dragon Pulse
- Bug Buzz
- Heat Wave

Yanmega @ Dragonium Z
Ability: Tinted Lens / Compound Eyes
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Dragon Dance
- Dragon Claw / Dragon Rush
- Leech Life
- Earthquake
Another extremely versatile mon with a really little number of switch-ins. The set I find better / more reliable is the special Quiver Dance one due to its good initial power, letting it to do good amount of damge even before a boost, but the DD set can be as frightening too. Good thing that its speed is a bit below-average beore a boost and its special defense is shit.

Jesus Birb (Pidgeot-Mega) @ Pidgeotite
Ability: Quick Feet / Dazzling
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Hurricane
- Focus Blast
- Hyper Voice
- Roost / U-Turn / Air Cutter
Jesus Birb is back, with now less counterplay than before.

Blacephalon @ Life Orb
Ability: Rock Head
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpA / 252 Spe
Jolly / Hasty Nature
- Flare Blitz
- Shadow Claw
- Head Smash
- Iron Head / Energy Ball

Blacephalon @ Choice Specs
Ability: Beast Boost
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Mind Blown
- Shadow Ball
- Energy Ball
- Trick

In CFM, Blacephalon is a powerful attacker that can go either physical or special based on what your team needs. Its previous issues of a wasted Attack stat and poor coverage have been resolved with moves like Flare Blitz, Head Smash, Energy Ball and even Iron Head for its arch-nemesis, Tyranitar.

Absol-Mega (M) @ Absolite
Ability: Magic Bounce
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Knock Off
- Play Rough
- Swords Dance
- Sacred Sword

With an increased Attack stat and a Dark/Fairy STAB combo, Mega Absol adds itself to the list of offensive megas that are borderline impossible to switch into.

"Dark/Fairy? Sacred Sword? More Attack? Where did all this come from?"

And this leads into my next announcement: Another update has occurred!

Absol:
Stats: Speed 90(+15)
New moves: Sacred Sword, Dazzling Gleam

Mega-Absol:
Stats: Attack 165(+15)
Typing: Dark / Fairy

Silvally adjustment:・Stats: 91(+12) / 100(-1) / 85(-4) / 100(-1) / 85(-4) / 109(-2) (570)

Type: Null temporary adjustment:・Stats: 81(-14) / 75(-20) / 85(-10) / 75(-20) / 85(-10) / 89(+30) (490(-44))

And for the first time since we became an official pet mod...

Ability: Beast Boost
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Leaf Blade
- Sacred Sword
- Slash / Knock Off
- Defog / Knock Off
Now Kartana has an actually good Steel stab to abuse. Not much else to say.

U Jelly? (Nihilego) @ Choice Scarf / Choice Specs
Ability: Beast Boost / Compound Eyes
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Power Gem
- Sludge Wave
- Ice Beam / Blizzard
- Acid
Now Nihilego is such a more reliable Choice Specs and Scarf user due to the new aditions of Ice Beam and Blizzard (with compound eyes) and the buff that Acid got, which lets the jellyfish to break past Steel and Ground mons that hard walled it before.

Mothra (Volcarona) @ Firium Z
Ability: Drought
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Quiver Dance
- Fire Blast
- Bug Buzz
- Psychic / Hidden Power Ground
Who the hell thought that this was OK?!?! Ok, that was a bit exagerated, but otherwise, this thing is now scary as fuck. Under Sun, most things will die to a +1 Inferno Overdrive, except some pink blobs.

Atlas (Regigigas) @ Life Orb
Ability: Sheer Force
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Jolly / Adamant Nature
- Crush Grip
- Bulldoze
- Rock Slide
- Shadow Claw
Oh god, this thing is insane as fuck: good offensive typing with great STAB on Crush Grip (now is a fighting-type move with 100 Bp that is affected by sheer force), cool offensive ability on Sheer Force, huge mixed movepool with 160/120/100 offenses. Thankfully, Regigigas ended at CFUbers, but it's still pretty frightening there.

20 sPeEd (Escavalier) @ Choice Band
Ability: No Guard
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 SpD
Brave Nature
- Megahorn
- Gyro Ball
- Pursuit / Drill Run

Ability: No Guard
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 SpD
Brave Nature

- Swords Dance

You've heard of CFM sample sets. Now, get ready for our first sample team!

UU Forretress Balanced Offense
Pokepaste:
http://pokepast.es/d405ad09895e1a2a
Overview
Forretress functions as this team's hazard lead, being able to easily set up Spikes and Stealth Rock before pivoting out to an attacker with U-turn, as well as functioning as an effective stop to threats like Mega Beedrill and Comfey lacking HP Fire. Kyurem is our main set-up sweeper, able to ravage many teams after a Dragon Dance. Icium allows it to break past walls like Quagsire and Blissey easier. Comfey functions as speed control that can check sweepers like Mega Altaria and set-up Infernape with priority Draining Kisses and Giga Drains. Chandelure is a destructive wallbreaker that can trap bulky Pokemon via the use of Fire Spin, which in CFM is a Special Fire-type Pursuit clone. Noctowl is the team's main Defogger, keeping Rocks off the field to allow more breathing room for Kyurem and Chandelure. Finally, Infernape is another attacker that can help out against more offensive teams.

I checked the prism and saw you guys were saying you were talking about how to make Furfrou not garbage, and I have a radical but fun idea.

Furfrou Changes:
Normal
Fur Coat
75/90/60/58/90/152 525 BST (+10 Attack, -7 Sp Attack, +50 Speed)
-Hyper Beam, +Fire Fang, +Ice Fang, +Thunder Fang, +Knock Off, +Slack Off, +Play Rough, +Heal Bell

Giving it a ludicrously high base Speed stats gives it a special niche. With very little speed investment, it can outspeed most of the unboosted tier. It needs 44 speed evs to outrun +nature base 110's and lower. This means that you can get a psudo Prankster in a sense, and you can threaten to cripple whatever you switch into with T-Wave, (or 2hko in some cases) before they can KO you.

252 Atk Kartana Sacred Sword vs. 212 HP / 252+ Def Fur Coat Furfrou: 124-148 (36 - 43%) -- guaranteed 3HKO after Stealth Rock and Leftovers recovery
252 SpA Keldeo Secret Sword vs. 212 HP / 252+ Def Fur Coat Furfrou: 138-164 (40.1 - 47.6%) -- 3.1% chance to 2HKO after Stealth Rock and Leftovers recovery

Since I imagine this would still be a lower tier mon, It could even consider running a Band set. I mean, it isn't going to break down any walls anytime soon, but It can outspeed basically everything unboosted, and still pack a bit of a punch with Adamant+Choice Band. It is a bit crazy for what is mostly meant as a defensive mon to be this speedy, but I think it is worth considering.

First off, thanks for the Pokemon list! While we're kind of running out of things to buff, there's still some stuff we need to do (Furfrou, Beartic, Exeggutor).

Now let's address your Furfrou. I actually quite like the idea of Furfrou being very speedy, but the BST IMO is too high for a generic one-stager like it. How about...

75/85/60/43/90/132 (490)

It's still really fast, fast enough to distinguish itself from the other fast Fur Coat user, Cincinno. The SpA may be a little too low and overly optimized, but I think we can give Furfrou this buff since it sucks so badly anyway. In fact, how about giving it Swords Dance? Its base Attack is low enough that it shouldn't be overbearing in the lower tiers while giving Furfrou a niche no other Fur Coat/Fluffy Pokemon can claim to have. All your new moves are fine, I'm actually surprised it doesn't get the elemental fangs normally.
