[SET COMMENTS]
  • Clodsire's special bulk combined with its Ground typing makes it one of the best answers to Miraidon, notably thanks to its ability to absorb Toxic Spikes, which would otherwise trouble other defensive Pokemon such as Ting-Lu.
  • Toxic prevents Clodsire from being overly passive and allows it to outlast Iron Bundle.
  • Clodsire is a decent setter of both Spikes and Stealth Rock, freeing up moveslots on teammates like Great Tusk. However, opposing spinners as well as Corviknight have very little issue removing entry hazards against Clodsire.
  • Water Absorb is the preferred ability, as it deters Iron Bundle's Hydro Pump and more comfortably tanks Draco Meteor from Miraidon, since Unaware would otherwise ignore the Draco Meteor special attack drop. It also checks Tera Water Miraidon, which is an important trait it possesses over Ting-Lu. Unaware checks non-Life Orb Calm Mind Miraidon while beating Calm Mind + Taunt Flutter Mane, as well as making Iron Moth's Fiery Dance boosts less of a threat.
  • Clodsire can use Tera Steel to take Miraidon's Draco Meteor far more easily while being able to take on Iron Bundle's STAB moves in conjunction with Water Absorb.
  • Both defensive and balanced teams enjoy Clodsire answering most Miraidon sets, helping fend off Flutter Mane, freeing up moveslots on other entry hazard setters, and pressuring opposing defensive Pokemon with Toxic.
  • Dondozo pairs with Clodsire nicely, as it appreciates Clodsire's ability to switch in on Miraidon's Electro Drift, while Dondozo can take on Chien-Pao and Great Tusk for it.

Man you can't NOT have Unaware as an option, a huge benefit of Clodsire over Ting-Lu and Treads is the ability to take on Calm Mind Miraidons as well as other random special boosters like Iron Moth, some CM Flutter Manes, etc.
Water Absorb can be funny and good but it's only ever viable with Tera Steel IMO, otherwise you still flat lose to Ice Beam Bundle.

EDIT: We talked extensively in discord, looks much better now QC 1/2

i would also add that it completely walls tera blast water miraidon, commonly seen in rain teams. this is huge bcuz tera blast miraidon is pretty much unwallable for tinglu corv teams,i would emphasize strongly on this one because its just so important
allows it to beat Calm Mind Miraidon
(you still lose to orb draco meteor mirai, even with unaware)

Flutter Mane (barring Psyshock)
we cant have parenthesis on our analyses, better say "and non Psyshock Flutter Mane". i would also try to word this a bit nicer, "works best on defensive and balance teams alike, most importantly"... you see where the issue is?

Make sure to hyphenate these kinds of Pokemon for future analyses you may write) and Great Tusk for it.

Pretty good analysis barring a couple of spelling mistakes. Feel free to implement.

Water Absorb is the preferred ability, as it deters Iron Bundle's Hydro Pump and more comfortably tanks Draco Meteor from Miraidon. (explain this further like how the spa drops aren't ignored - this wouldn't be intuitive for a new player) It also checks Tera Water Miraidon, which is an important trait it possesses over Ting-Lu. Unaware allows it to beat non-Life Orb Calm Mind Miraidon (RC) and Calm Mind Flutter Mane with Taunt, and makes as well as making Iron Moth's Fiery Dance boosts less of a threat. (you've said that water absorb lets it beat mirai better but then say unaware allows it to beat cm mirai?)
