With its high Speed and Special Attack, Choice Specs Latios is a very deadly wallbreaker in UU, able to break past even checks such as Metagross, Slowking, and Tyranitar over time with its nuclear Draco Meteor. Thunderbolt is key coverage to nail Slowking, Tornadus-T, and Mandibuzz super effectively while doing good neutral damage to checks like Tinkaton and Scizor. Shadow Ball hits Metagross, Iron Crown, and Jirachi super effectively while retaining coverage for Slowking. Aura Sphere slams Excadrill and Tyranitar and gets some neutral damage off on Tinkaton and Metagross as well, but generally is a difficult move to click due to its only average power. Flip Turn allows Latios to preserve momentum off of checks like Empoleon and Tinkaton coming in. Trick hinders Pokemon like Slowking and Tyranitar with a useless item for them, but should only be used when Choice Specs is no longer needed, is not useful in the current matchup, or is more valuable to weaken said checks to open up another teammate to win. Tera Dragon boosts Latios's Draco Meteor to absurd levels, being able to OHKO Assault Vest Tornadus-T after Stealth Rock and Slowking after very little chip as well as 2HKO Specially Defensive walls like Tyranitar. Tera Steel is an alternative that allows Latios to have greater defensive utility, being able to avoid being revenge killed from Pokemon like Greninja, Lokix, Mamoswine, and opposing Latios.

Choice Specs Latios is a powerful asset on bulky offense and balance builds for its powerful wallbreaking capabilities. Physical Attackers such as Mamoswine, Mienshao, and Excadrill excel at pressuring checks to Latios such as Metagross, Slowking, Tinkaton, and Tyranitar. Mienshao also can revenge kill Greninja and Booster Energy Iron Crown, while Excadrill provides removal to keep Stealth Rock from wearing down Latios and can swap into Tinkaton reliably. Tornadus-T and Lokix act as pivots that can wear down shared checks like Tyranitar and Tinkaton and enable Latios to wallbreak by bringing it in on other foes like Zapdos and Toxapex. Entry hazard support from Pokemon like Tinkaton, Rhyperior, and Sandy Shocks do a great job at wearing down Metagross and Tyranitar into range of Latios's attacks; the latter two also check Zapdos due to the lower longevity Choice Specs Latios has. Defensive Pokémon like Zapdos, Slowking, and the aforementioned Tornadus-T can defensively solidify Latios's team due to its need to predict correctly otherwise risk losing momentum, with the latter two being additional checks to threats like Keldeo

I'd mention how it helps with opposing Latios too.

Tornadus-T, Lokix, and the aforementioned Mienshao all act as pivots that can bring Latios in against checks like Tyranitar and Tinkaton and enable it to wallbreak. This is odd because you don't want to send it in vs Tinkaton or Ttar to break. You want it in vs something that doesn't pressure Latios so it can then click a strong button into them on the switch. Hazard support from Pokémon like Tinkaton and Sandy Shocks do a great job at wearing down Metagross and Tyranitar into range of Latios’s attacks. Defensive Pokémon like Zapdos, Slowking, and the aforementioned Tornadus-T can defensively solidify Latios’s team due to its need to predict correctly otherwise risk losing momentum. Mention how Slowking can help check Keldeo or use another example of like Rhyperior switching into Zapdos because Latios struggles to take advantage of its defensive typing as easily on this set. After all, it will get worn down quickly without Recover.

With its high Speed and Special Attack, Choice Specs Latios is a very deadly wallbreaker in UU, able to break past even checks such as Metagross, Slowking, and Tyranitar over time with its nuclear Draco Meteor. Thunderbolt is key coverage to nail Slowking (Slowking feels a bit redundant to mention here since you just said you can plow through it with Draco. Can you do that, or do you need Thunderbolt? I get that the intent is that Draco CAN do significant damage while Thunderbolt is more effective in a 1v1 scenario, but it's QC so I'm splitting hairs here for the sake of it, especially since you namedrop Slowking again later), Tornadus-T, and Mandibuzz super effectively while doing good neutral damage to checks like Tinkaton and Scizor. Shadow Ball hits Metagross, Iron Crown, and Jirachi super effectively while retaining coverage for Slowking. Aura Sphere slams Excadrill and Tyranitar (Would also mention that it nets a handy 2HKO on Empoleon) and gets some neutral damage off on Tinkaton and Metagross as well, but generally is a difficult move to click due to its only average power. (I would also make mention that paralysis spreading can be useful to help Latios avoid getting outsped by revenge killers, especially with how comically easy it is to fit right now)
