Shadow Ball and Moonblast are strong STAB moves, and Dazzling Gleam provides strong spread damage. Power Gem provides good coverage for Fire-type Pokemon like Incineroar and Ogerpon-H, Taunt is a good way to shut down support Pokemon like Amoonguss and Farigiraf, and Icy Wind is great speed control. Choice Specs increases Flutter Mane's offense even further, as it can OHKO Pokemon such as Assault Vest Raging Bolt. Pokemon that can outspeed and OHKO Flutter Mane, like Choice Scarf Urshifu-R and Calyrex-S, and Pokemon that can survive Flutter Mane STAB moves like Amoonguss are good checks to Flutter Mane. Flutter Mane's physical fraility is also a huge weakness, mostly fainting against a plethora of physical moves. Incineroar is a good teammate for Flutter Mane, as Intimidate can help Flutter Mane shore up its poor Defense while also having a resistance against Dark- and Ghost-type moves. Pokemon with the ability to set up the sun like Groudon and Koraidon are also good teammates for Flutter Mane, as it allows Protosynthesis to activate and heighten Flutter Mane's Speed stat.

Its speed tier allows it to outspeed most of the metagame and do notable damage. (To what? I'd reccomend adding Koraidon and Miraidon as mentions here.)
- Shadow Ball, Moonblast, and Dazzling Gleam are great Ghost- and Fairy-type STAB moves to have, (why are they great?) Icy Wind gives Flutter Mane a way to control the speed in a battle, Taunt is a good way to shut down support Pokemon like Amoonguss or Clefairy (probably not the most relevant, better examples), and Power Gem provides good coverage for Flying- and Fire-type Pokemon. (like?)
- Choice Specs increases Flutter Mane's offense even further.
- 140 Speed EVs with a Timid nature outspeeds most opposing Choice Specs Flutter Mane ( you only outspeed Flutters that are creeping offensive natures on Korai, Mirai, and Pao. most are running more than 140+. Just say it outspeeds Chien-Paos, Koraidons, and Miraidons with an attack boosting nature.), 100 HP and 156 Defense EVs allows Flutter Mane to live a Sucker Punch from Chien-Pao and Urshifu-S. (no? You need a lot less to live a Sucker, what are the extra evs for?)
- Tera Fairy is great offensively and defensively as Flutter Mane could output more damage and resist Dark-type moves from the likes of Urshifu-S. (Calyrex-S is a big one here.)

- Pokemon that are specially bulky, hit it Flutter Mane hard physically, or can resist its Fairy-type moves, like Assualt Assault Vest Rillaboom, Urshifu-S (do you mean urshifu-R?), Kingambit (there are more relevant flutter checks), Ogerpon-H, and Amoonguss, and Pokemon that can set up Trick Room are also good checks to Flutter Mane like Calyrex-I.

Shadow Ball, Moonblast, and Dazzling Gleam mention dgleam as strong spread imo are strong STAB moves, and Dazzling Gleam provides strong spread damage. Icy Wind is great speed control, Taunt is a good way to shut down support Pokemon like Amoonguss or Farigiraf, reverse order with power gem and Power Gem provides good coverage for Flying- and Fire-type Pokemon like Tornadus and you mentioned flying types, deliver a flying type or just remove the mention of them Incineroar. Choice Specs increases Flutter Mane's offense even furthera, as it can OHKO or 2HKO most of the metagame, like the Calyrex formes. This doesn't excuse you from adding calcs later, an offensive calcs or two would be nice to explain the 108 spa evs. The EV spread allows Flutter Mane to outspeed Chien-Pao, Koraidon, and Miraidon without attack Speed could be confusing since Mirai doesn't run an "attack" boosting nature but rather a spa boosting nature at times boosting natures, live a Sucker Punch from Chien-Pao and Urshifu-S Ice Spinner from Adamant Chien-Pao and most Ivy Cudgels from the Ogerpon formes. Tera Fairy is great both offensively and defensively as Flutter Mane could output more damage and resist Dark-type moves from the likes of Chien-Pao and Urshifu-S, and gives Flutter Mane a neutrality to Calyrex-S.
