Done Change the chimera description pls

Currently the description of the "Chimera 1v1 Rule" is that it adds the verification for it, but I'd like for this to be changed to or to something similar to "Multiple Pokemon will be chosen in order to give traits to 1 pokemon. The order is: 1. Type, 2. Item, 3. Ability, 4. Stats, 5. Moves 1+2, 6. Moves 3+4". I find this to be more helpful than just a blank statement that the rule does something, especially if I was new to the concept, and I believe space isn't an issue as the "Frantic Fusions Mod" is similar in size.
