Rules:
- 30 Pokemon at the top of usage (using 1760 usage stats) will be thrown into a pool. Each round, 5 of these 30 Pokemon will be randomly selected and banned from usage that round. You may not used any of the 5 selected that round. Said selected mons will be removed from the pool for the remainder of the tournament and the next 5 from usage will be added in. The most recent usage stats shall be used and any bans/nerfs will go into effect the round after they are implemented.

-Standard Tournament rules apply as usual. Activity and extension will be given if need and if a battle isn't done by the deadline then it will go to coinflip. Just get your matches done and you'll be fine. :D
