Knock Off is a fantastic way to punish Tornadus-T's checks that wish to switch into it, such as Heatran and Celesteela. U-turn allows Tornadus-T to pivot out of threatening scenarios and regain HP with Regenerator while also providing a free switch in to a teammate, such as Kyurem-B, Mega Alakazam, or Magearna. Heat Wave OHKOs Cawmodore and hits the Steel-types that would otherwise wall it, such as Ferrothorn and Equilibra, while 2HKOing Magearna and Mega Mawile. Sludge Bomb is an option over Hurricane to OHKO uninvested Jumbao, but Hurricane's damage output is usually more appreciated.

Set Details
========

232 Speed EVs with a Timid nature allow Tornadus-T to outspeed Jolly Cawmodore and effectively check it. 80 HP EVs allows Tornadus-T to avoid being OHKOed by Jumbao's Twinkle Tackle after Stealth Rock. It also guarantees that it is not 2HKOed by Mega Alakazam's Psychic and Pixie Plate Jumbao's Moonblast if Stealth Rock isn't up. The rest of the EVs are put into Special Attack to always OHKO Cawmodore and Tomohawk and 2HKO uninvested Manaphy after Stealth Rock.

Usage Tips
========

Tornadus-T is valuable throughout the game because it can safely scout special attackers like Jumbao, Mega Alakazam, and Tapu Lele while using Knock Off to punish switch-ins and U-turn to accumulate chip damage and pivot into a more favorable matchup. If it's at full health, Tornadus-T survives Cawmodore's +6 Bullet Punch and can outspeed and OHKO it with Heat Wave. It can also offensively check offensive Grass-types such as Tapu Bulu and Kartana and threaten them both out.

Team Options
========

Assault Vest Tornadus-T can fit on most teams, but is mostly encountered on bulky offense. Tornadus-T pairs well with U-turn and Volt Switch users such as Mega Scizor, Tapu Koko, and Rotom-W to keep momentum. Ground-types such as Equilibra and Landorus-T will absorb the Electric- and Rock-type attacks thrown Tornadus-T's way, while Tornadus-T can answer the Grass-types that beat them. Defoggers such as Mega Scizor and Rotom-W and spinners such as Equilibra can remove Stealth Rock so that Tornadus-T can remain at full health. Other Regenerator users such as Tangrowth and Toxapex can form very potent Regenerator cores with Tornadus-T, alleviating some of the pressure from one another by mutually checking threats such as Jumbao and Kartana. Wallbreakers such as Mega Alakazam, Kyurem-B, and Mega Mawile appreciate Tornadus-T bringing them in safely with U-turn.

Knock Off is a fantastic way to punish Tornadus-T's checks that wish to come in such as Krilowatt, Heatran, and Celesteela. U-turn allows Tornadus-T to pivot out of threatening scenarios and regain HP with Regenerator while also providing safe switch-ins to its teammates List some teammates here. Heat Wave hits the Steel-types that otherwise wall it such as Magearna, Ferrothorn, and Equilibra while also OHKOing Kartana and Cawmodore. Sludge Bomb is an option over to OHKO uninvested Jumbao, but Heat Wave's utility is much more appreciated. I think mentioning Sludge over cane should be a thing here (but Heat Waves utility is much more appreciated. However, Hurricane can also be dropped but...), i would almost never drop heat wave on av torn meanwhile you can live without hurricane. Superpower also deserves a mention but rlly half ass it, "you can also run superpower for libra tran and tar but its kinda terrible" type deal

232 Speed EVs with a Timid nature allows Tornadus-T to outspeed Jolly Cawmodore so that it can OHKO with Heat Wave after it has used Belly Drum. you mention this later on, if you want this to look less bare you could talk about how going lower than max speed allows for safe u-turning against opposing tornadus. 80 HP EVs allow Tornadus-T to avoid being 2HKOed mby Mega Alakazam's Psychic and Pixie Plate Jumbao's Moonblast if Stealth Rock isn't up. The rest of the EVs are put into Special Attack to always OHKO Cawmodore and Tomohawk and 2HKO offensive Manaphy after Stealth Rock.

Usage Tips

Tornadus-T is valuable at any point in the game, allowing for rather safe scouting versus special attackers like Jumbao, Mega Alakazam, and Tapu Lele while using Knock Off to punish incoming switch-ins and U-turn to accumulate chip and pivot into more favorable matchups. i think i want its progress making emphasised. Knock Off for item removal U-turning into pivots and Regenerator-ing off damage is huge. If it's at full health, Tornadus-T can outspeed Cawmodore, live its +6 Bullet Punch, and OHKO it with Heat Wave. It can also offensively check offensive Grass-types such as Tapu Bulu and Kartana and threaten them both out.

Tornadus-T pairs well with U-turn and Volt Switch users such as Tapu Koko, Krilowatt, and Mega Scizor to keep up momentum. Ground-types such as Equilibra and Hippowdown me when the hippo is down also mention lando here will absorb the Electric- and Rock-type attacks thrown Tornadus-T's way, while Tornadus-T can answer the Grass-types that beat them. Defoggers such as Mega Scizor and Rotom-W, and spinners such as Equilibra and Tomohawk can remove Stealth Rock so that Tornadus-T can remain at full health. nitpicky but, i think "Hazard Removal like Mega Scizor, Equilibra, Rotom-W, and Tomohawk..." reads nicer Other Regenerator users such as Tangrowth and Toxapex can form very potent Regenerator cores with Tornadus-T, alleviating some of the pressure from another by mutually checking threats such as Jumbao and Kartana. Mention how it can pivot in breakers like mmaw mmedi kyub etc etc here

Knock Off is a fantastic way to punish Tornadus-T's checks that wish to come in such as Krilowatt, Heatran, and Celesteela. Krilowatt is no Tornadus-T check. Yeah, this is because of Knock Off but it is very out of place alongside Heatran and Celesteela which still very reasonably function after losing their item. Krilowatt loses all usability without its item. Switching Krilowatt into Tornadus-T is just not a viable play under any circumstances and thus it cannot be considered a check. U-turn allows Tornadus-T to pivot out of threatening scenarios and regain HP with Regenerator while also providing safe switch-ins to its teammates such as Kyurem-B, Mega Alakazam, and Magearna. Heat Wave hits the Steel-types that otherwise wall it such as Magearna, Ferrothorn, and Equilibra while also OHKOing Kartana and Cawmodore. You make Cawmodore sound like an afterthought when it's really the main reason Heat Wave is considered mandatory. Saying Magearna walls Tornadus-T isn't very accurate because the only decent set to this day is still Shift Gear, which takes like 50%. Magearna fits in more with Kartana and Cawmodore as a reason to run Heat Wave than Ferrothorn and Equilibra IMO. Maybe mention Mega Mawile? Sludge Bomb is an option over Hurricane to OHKO uninvested Jumbao, but Hurricane's damage output is usually more appreciated.

252 SpA Jumbao Twinkle Tackle (175 BP) vs. 80 HP / 0 SpD Assault Vest Tornadus-Therian: 202-238 (63.3 - 74.6%) -- guaranteed 2HKO

The rest of the EVs are put into Special Attack to always OHKO Cawmodore and Tomohawk and 2HKO uninvested Manaphy after Stealth Rock.

Team Options

You should mention how it fits on almost any type of team, but is mostly favored by bulky offense. Tornadus-T pairs well with U-turn and Volt Switch users such as Mega Scizor, Tapu Koko, and Krilowatt to keep up momentum. I like Rotom-W more as a mention than Krilowatt because Krilowatt tends to unnecessarily restrict your removal options on these types of teams. Ground-types such as Equilibra and Landorus-T will absorb the Electric- and Rock-type attacks thrown Tornadus-T's way, while Tornadus-T can answer the Grass-types that beat them. Defoggers such as Mega Scizor and Rotom-W, and spinners such as Equilibra and Tomohawk can remove Stealth Rock so that Tornadus-T can remain at full health. Tomohawk isn't a valid option for AV Tornadus-T teams. You use one or the other; it really can't be both. They share very similar defensive niches + Tomohawk is a straight up pacing mismatch. Other Regenerator users such as Tangrowth and Toxapex can form very potent Regenerator cores with Tornadus-T, alleviating some of the pressure from another by mutually checking threats such as Jumbao and Kartana. Slow wallbreakers such as Necturna, Kyurem-B, and Mega Mawile appreciate Tornadus-T bringing them in safely with U-turn. Necturna is not a wallbreaker. It's a sweeper. I don't think this needs to be limited to slow wallbreakers. Mega Alakazam profits just as much off Tornadus-T as others.
