[SET]
Calm Mind (Cresselia) @ Covert Cloak / Leftovers
Ability: Levitate
Level: 50
Tera Type: Electric / Poison / Fairy
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 Spe
Bold Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Calm Mind
- Moonlight
- Moonblast / Thunderbolt / Stored Power
- Stored Power / Thunderbolt / Ice Beam

[SET COMMENTS]
* With its great bulk and the advent of Terastallization, Cresselia is a formidable defensive presence with the ability to take over late in the game.

* **Calm Mind**: Calm Mind allows Cresselia to bolster its defensive profile while also increasing its damage output.

* **Moonblast**: While lacking STAB, Moonblast has no immunities, which makes it Cresselia’s most reliable offensive move.

* **Stored Power**: While blanked by Dark-types, Stored Power allows Cresselia to threaten walls like Unaware Dondozo and more reliably win Calm Mind wars against foes like Flutter Mane. It also allows Cresselia to potentially beat Heatran with sheer power should it accrue enough boosts.

* **Thunderbolt** - Thunderbolt allows Cresselia to immediately threaten Urshifu-R and is a great general attacking move if used with an Electric Tera.

* **Ice Beam**: Ice Beam allows Cresselia to immediately threaten the many Ice weak Pokémon in the metagame, such as Dragonite, Landorus-T, and Ting-Lu

Other Options
=========
* **Substitute**: While difficult to fit, Substitute can protect Cresselia from debilitating status from the likes of Dondozo and Clodsire, giving it a wider reach against slower paced teams without relying on Covert Cloak as much.

* **Lunar Dance**: While seemingly odd on a defensive set, Lunar Dance allows Cresselia to bring back a battered teammate in the event it itself cannot finish the game, giving formidable partners such as Chien-Pao and Ursaluna a second chance to break down the opponent.

Items
==========
* **Covert Cloak**: Covert Cloak guards Cresselia from adverse effects such as flinches and Defense drops that would otherwise impede its ability to take over the endgame. It also negates the passive damage from Garganacl’s Salt Cure, allowing Cresselia to heavily punish it.

* **Leftovers**: Leftovers’s passive recovery allows Cresselia to better conserve its limited Moonlight PP, more safely set up against powerful attackers like Flutter Mane, and be a more active presence on the field by not mandating it use a turn to heal off every hit it takes manually.

Tera Types
==========
* **Electric-type**: Thanks to Levitate, Tera Electric grants Cresselia a complete lack of weaknesses, giving it an extremely diverse defensive profile courtesy of its immense bulk. It also guards against paralysis, minimizing the chance of an ill-timed lost turn ruining a sweep.

* **Poison-type**: Tera Poison protects Cresselia against Toxic, allowing it to more safely set up against Pokémon like Clodsire. It also grants security against even Tera Fairy Choice Specs Flutter Mane by allowing Cresselia to resist Fairy.

* **Fairy-type**: Tera Fairy grants Cresselia a crucial resistance to Dark, allowing it to better take on foes like Chien-Pao and Chi-Yu.

Overall this looks very well done. I would only add extra clarifying notes in a few places:

First, I think an additional mention on Stored Power should go specifically to Heatran, especially on cart where timer could be an issue if you're set up against it but down on Pokemon count. Moonblast just isn't breaking through a Heatran that hasn't had to Tera without taking forever and a day (you need +3 Moonblast to even get past the 10% mark against offensive Heatran), so Leftovers, AV, etc variants are problematic, and ofc Heatran also often carries Taunt, which in combination with Magma Storm chip can wear down even a highly set up Cress. By contrast, if Cresselia can get set up, something like +4/+4 Stored Power is 2HKOing offensive Heatran through the resist, and again the huge power increase allows an acceleration of pace if necessary that can be valuable if racing against the cart timer. or bad internet LOL

For items, obviously Cloak is very helpful against a variety of effects, and I think you covered them nicely. Leftovers, for its part, helps quite a bit in getting Cresselia's setup started against stronger special attackers like Specs Flutter Mane or Gholdengo. While Cress can definitely win the war with Tera against stuff even as strong as Specs Flutter Mane (assuming it doesn't have Tera Fairy against an unboosted Cresselia), the passive healing can help tremendously in getting that first Calm Mind or two up against stronger attackers.

Also, speaking of Flutter Mane and Co., one other thing you can mention about Tera Poison is that the Fairy resist can come in handy and allow Cresselia to beat even Tera Fairy Specs Flutter Mane in a pure 1v1, since Flutter breaks through almost all of the time in the pure 1v1 by doing 63.4 - 74.8% with Tera Fairy Specs Moonblast, which then basically needs a min roll to not kill +1 SpDef Cresselia on the follow up even after Leftovers recovery.

Overall though these are small additions. The set looks good and I can personally vouch for it being effective. QC Approved 1/1

Cresselia has a bit of a movepool on her, but I think offensively there are still no more real options. Defensively, will there be another set? T-Wave can still be good I would imagine. i know the rules are you can just do one sort of set, I'm wondering if that move is ok to use. Not here though. I like to spread para a lot, maybe am missing the point of Cress, certainly T-Wave isn't a wincon, but supportive. And this set can just win by itself at times so that factors...

Twave is more used on support sets, this set aims to be more of a late game win condition, so the extra survivability or coverage is preferred to thunder wave
