[SET COMMENTS]
With its high-power STAB moves that give it great coverage against most of the metagame, as well as strong pivoting potential thanks to U-turn and Roost, Pelipper can serve as one of BW ZU's best special wallbreakers and offensive pivots. Hydro Pump deals serious damage to Pokemon like Simisear and Solrock, as well as hitting foes like specially defensive Clefairy and Mienfoo decently. Scald can be run instead for its reliability and burn chance, though it lacks the power to reach certain damage thresholds such as OHKOing Persian after Stealth Rock. Hurricane chips Meganium, Frillish, and Gloom, which can take Hydro Pump. Pelipper's STAB combination is unresisted by the entire metagame, and the two types complement each other well, which gives it a niche over other offensive Water-types like Walrein and Whiscash that struggle to deal with opposing Water- and Grass-types, respectively. U-turn allows Pelipper to safely pivot against Pokemon that may switch in on it like Muk and Clefairy, as well as helping to bring in its teammates safely. Pelipper opts for Leftovers to slightly offset damage from Stealth Rock and have small amounts of reliable recovery. However, Sky Plate and Splash Plate can boost the power of Hurricane and Hydro Pump, respectively, allowing Pelipper to OHKO Persian and 2HKO physically defensive Clefairy with one of these moves. Rain Dish can provide a slight amount of recovery against rain teams.

Generally, Pelipper is seen on offense and balance teams looking for a strong special wallbreaker with the longevity to threaten special walls like Meganium and Clefairy over longer games. Ground-types like Hippopotas and Graveler that can deal with the Electric-types Pelipper is most immediately threatened by, such as Pikachu and Emogla, are great partners to have. Other wallbreakers like Mr. Mime and Exploud appreciate Pelipper's ability to beat their checks like Meganium and Graveler. Pelipper also enjoys having partners that can do residual damage to the opponents's team so it can have an easier time wallbreaking; Knock Off from Pokemon like Persian and Mienfoo and status from Pokemon such as Wormadam-S and Solrock are thus useful to have. Entry hazard support from Solrock and Clefairy can be helpful, as it allows Pelipper to get useful KOs on Pokemon like Persian and 2HKOs on physically defensive Clefairy and Walrein. Rapid Spin support from Staryu can remove Stealth Rock to allow Pelipper to enter the field more safely. Pelipper can weaken Pokemon like Gloom, Muk, and Clefairy for Raichu, allowing Raichu to take advantage of them later in the game. In return, Raichu takes Electric-type attacks aimed at Pelipper and can help wear down their shared checks, like Muk.

With its high power STAB moves, which gives it great coverage into most of the metagame, as well as still functioning as a decent pivot thanks to U-turn and Roost, Pelipper can become one of BW ZU's best special wallbreakers and offensive pivots. Bring up how Pelipper's STABs being unresisted allows it to get by easily on two attacks. Bring up Scald for reliability and status. Hydro Pump deals serious damage to Pokemon like Simisear and Solrock. Somewhat insufficient description. I'm not asking you to fluff for no reason but mention the power on other neutral targets. Hurricane chips Pokemon like Meganium, Frillish, Kingler and Gloom who otherwise can take Hydro Pump. Complementary Stabs, contrast this with Walrein which struggles to hit Waters without hp grass/elec or Whiscash who is outright walled by grasses. Generally, Pelipper opts for Leftovers to slightly negate damage. However, Sky Plate and Splash Plate can boost the power of Hurricane and Hydro Pump respectively at the cost of the free recovery Leftovers provides. Rain Dish can provide a slight amount of recovery against rain teams. You neglected to mention the purpose of uturn. Why should teams run uturn pelipper over a move like knock off? Are there any beneficiaries for the second section of the analysis? What type of Pokemon does uturn help Pelipper play around and or support?

Generally Pelipper is seen on offense and balance teams looking for a strong special wallbreaker with longevity to threaten help break through special walls like Meganium and Clefairy over longer games to help other attackers be able to clean up the opposing team. Ground-types like Hippopotas and Graveler who can deal with the Electric-types that Pelipper is most immediately threatened by, such as Pikachu and Emogla, are great partners to have. Other wallbreakers like Mr. Mime and Exploud appreciate Pelipper's ability to beat their checks like Meganium and Graveler, respectively. Rapid Spin support from Staryu or Sandshrew Not really relevant enough to mention can help remove Stealth Rock for Pelipper to enter the field wallbreak safer. If you wish to bring up partners that can help Pelipper break you should mention residual forms of damage like Knock, rocks from aforementioned grounds, tox, para, other offensive synergies etc. Raichu is a notable partner; Pelipper can remove Pokemon like Gloom and Clefairy Pelipper can't consistently beat Clefairy solo, any amount of Spdef makes it a favored matchup for Clef. I would either find a more relevant example, and/or explain how putting pressure on Clefairy allows Raichu to abuse a weakened Clefairy later for Raichu. In return, Raichu takes Electric-type attacks aimed at Pelipper and can help wear down their shared checks, like Muk.

Self-explanatory. For the section about the Plates, mention KOes they can help achieve. Persian is a notable one, going from never being OHKOed by Hydro Pump/Hurricane to always with the respective plates Rain Dish can provide a slight amount of recovery against rain teams.

Would something like "as well as hitting foes like specially defensive Clefairy and Meinfoo decently" work instead?) - The "high-power" in "high-power STAB moves" should be hyphenated, as it's a compound adjective directly tied to a noun.
- "midground" is not hyphenated.
- There was a missing serial comma in the Hurricane sentence, and it should ideally be "which" over "that" because the latter implies Hurricane only hits variants of the listed Pokemon that can take Hydro Pump.
- When you changed the sentence about Pelipper's STAB combination, you made the clause after and independent, so you should've added a comma.
- Changing "as well as helping it bring in its teammates safely" to "helping it bring in its teammates safely" slightly alters the phrase's meaning, as it implies Pelipper can only help bring in its teammates safely when pivoting out of its switch-ins.
- Pelipper is the subject in the Leftovers sentence, so saying it can use Leftovers to "have recovery" was fine.
- It should be "enter the field more safely" rather than "enter the field safer", as "safer" is not an adverb.
