with the screens in battle, unless you use the uncommon brick-break move as there are so many stronger fighting moves in the metagame, the beast has no real counter. roar to cope with substitute or opponent's stat boost

The great wall: After a single double team, with its item brighpowder +multiscale + roost lugia becomes almost untouchable and you 'd better have a never missed very effective move to 2OHKO hit at best, if not, after a +2 double team unless switching it with roar, he becomes immortal...

the fastest dragon in all the meta -game, if well placed, its stab draco meteor + soul dew will slaughter anything that has no restistance to it. Grass Knot will knock out the pirch both Groudon and Kyogre

1. I dont know what tier this is, its certainly not bw ou
2. If this is ubers, scrafty has no place here, youll probably want a hazard setter and spinner, i.e fortress
3. latios, hp fire>thunder, especcially on a sun team.
4. arceus dragon isnt very good, i would recomend ghostceus, with the same set but focus blast over double team.
5. Your deoxys-d set isnt very effective, doexys-s is better at being a lead.
6. Lugia is very wrong, switch to giranta, as your team is also weak to kyogre.
7. Groudon, use either double dance, or better, earth plate set.
