Above we have an example of Trace seemingly not properly interacting with Booster Energy and Protosynthesis/Quark Drive. Idea was to use Trace on Gardevoir holding a booster energy to utilize Quark Drive and Protosynthesis from the opponnet, however we found something interesting, that no matter WHAT boost Gardevoir is supposed to get from the ability, if the opponnet has boosted speed, Gardevoir's Traced Ability will not work, however if the opponnet boosts any other statistic, notably the stats that are boosted by 1.3, Gardevoir's ability correctly activates. Could this be because speed boosts by 1.5?

i was using my type change team and it seems like if a pokemon terastalize or mega-evolves it loses the ability to change types because my meowscarada was NOT terastalized whislt the foe's pokemon was and meowscarada was stuck with dark type(last type change) and i thought it was visual but then garchomp mega evolved and my cinderace was changing type untill he mega evolved and i used acrobatics before he used earthquake and it continued fighting type(last type change) hit anyways but it seems to go on untill you switch
ps:the glitch parts are turn 7-14

Hello, I believe that in gen 9 charge is supposed to not wear off until an electric attack is used. This also applies to Bellibolt's electromorphosis. On showdown charge however wears off when any move is used.

I tested this out on cartridge and I was correct. Electromorphosis works identically to charge and the charge does not wear off until an electric type attack is used. I can't provide solid proof as the console only allows 30 sec clips and I don't have a capture card.

i was going to post the same bug, i played against the same player https://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/gen9metronomebattle-1724063959

If you play with timer on, it consumes time of the other player, that trace proc time, wasted my time, i was going to lose by time lost by opponent's unown

Possibly incorrect implementation of Wind Power and Wind Rider abilities.

https://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/gen9doublesou-1724119055

I still think these abilities need to be tested a little more in cartridge, because I was surprised by the second implementation of Wind Rider, despite that not triggering for Wind Power. Also, apologies for the Spanish, that is the language I play in

Pokemon in Gen 9 Anything Goes are capable of using moves that they were able to learn in prior generations, but cannot learn in gen 9.
As shown in this replay Blissey is able to use Wish, despite not having the move in Gen 9. It seems that this issue is exclusive to Anything Goes because I tried to do the same with OU and wasn't able to.

Aqua Cutter's base PP should be 20 (max 32), but in Showdown it is listed as 15 (max 24).

The arceus plates are unreleased as of now. The only known way to get them at the moment, as far as I'm aware, is from an event you need Arceus in your party for. They won't be released until Pokemon Home compatibility arrives.

I know this might seem like unimportant minutia given most of these items are interchangable with stuff like Mystic Water, but Fairy-types don't have a x1.2 boosting item outside of Pixie Plate so even outside of item clause formats this is pretty relevant.

Even with the ability to pass egg moves in SV without regard for egg groups, there are multiple moves that currently have no donor.

Mattyoukhana_ searched for all the Egg Moves that aren't present in any learnsets in the personal data [1][2], then looked for these moves to be present on any existing encounters in game from:
- fixed encounters
- stock raids
- event raids
- static encounters
- mystery gifts
- wilds (regular level up moves)
- NPC gifts

We believe this is the accurate list for unavailable moves at this time.

https://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/gen9ou-1724845354 skip to turn 23

My Baxcalibur KOs a friends pokemon using Glaive Rush and based on the moves description it should be taking double the damage next turn. My friend sends in Scream Tail, who uses Dazzling Gleam. The only EVs/natures on either Scream Tail or Baxcalibur that matter in this interaction are 4 Sp Def evs on Bax. By our calcs the debuff from Glaive Rush (which also can't be reflected in the Damage Calculator) should have guaranteed that Bax dies, but Scream Tail misses the KO which should only be possible without Glaive Rush debuff applying and a low roll on that calc. Here's my friends screenshot that accounts for every condition besides Glaive Rush debuffs, which should be an extra x2 somewhere.

BUG STATUS: NOT A BUG, Glaive Rush only applies its negative effect until its next action (DaWoblefet)

I don't know if this is a bug, exactly, but I don't know where else to put this so:

Hisuian Zoroark is incorrectly given Unovan Zoroark's moveset in the teambuilder:

But Hisuian Zorua's moveset is correct, for what it's worth.

Ceaseless Edge, Stone Axe, Dire Claw and Triple Arrows all have descriptions that do not line up with their behavior in battle. The behavior in battle seems to be the correct one based on what Bulbapedia/Serebii say but not entirely sure.

All 4 moves say they are high crit rate but only Triple Arrows (do not show Dire Claw in the replay but it doesnt have high crit either) is actually high crit rate on PS. Triple Arrows says it has a 10% flinch chance but it appears to have a 30% on PS (Decid was Serene Grace).
