Ghost

[SET]
Brambleghast @ Heavy-Duty Boots
Name: Entry Hazard Control (Ghost)
Ability: Wind Rider / Infiltrator
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpD or 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Impish / Adamant Nature
- Spikes
- Rapid Spin
- Power Whip
- Strength Sap / Shadow Sneak

[SET COMMENTS]
Brambleghast's unique attributes allow it to act not only as an entry hazard setter but as a hazard remover as well. Spikes helps offensive teams deal extra chip damage to Pokemon that would otherwise stifle progress, such as Ting-Lu and Alolan Muk. Rapid Spin removes opposing hazards, helping preserve offensive teammates as well as keeping Ceruledge's Focus Sash intact. Rapid Spin also allows teammates to forgo Heavy-Duty Boots in favor of different items. Power Whip is a great way of making sure Brambleghast is not completely passive, allowing it to hit foes like Swampert, Glimmora, and Primarina for solid damage. Strength Sap not only allows Brambleghast to recover HP, but it also weakens physically oriented foes that fail to OHKO it, such as Great Tusk, Barraskewda, and Hisuian Samurott. Additionally, Brambleghast outspeeds Adamant Azumarill and OHKOes with Power Whip. An offensive EV spread with an Adamant nature can be used to surprise opponents expecting defensive Brambleghast. In this case, Shadow Sneak is an option to OHKO Flutter Mane after Spikes damage. Infiltrator is preferred on offensive sets because it allows Brambleghast to ignore Reflect.

Offensive teammates greatly appreciate Brambleghast's Spikes damage helping them muscle through opposing teams. Choice Specs Flutter Mane thrives when its would-be switch-ins, notably Hisuian Goodra and Alolan Muk, are weakened by Spikes, turning 3HKOs into 2HKOs. Additionally, Flutter Mane is able to take out Dark- and Fire-type Pokemon, such as Mandibuzz, Greninja, and Ogerpon-H, via Moonblast and Power Gem. Spectrier is another Pokemon that thrives with entry hazard support, as it becomes increasingly difficult for opposing teams to switch into Shadow Ball as the Grim Neigh boosts begin to stack. Ceruledge pairs nicely with Brambleghast, as Rapid Spin ensures that Ceruledge's Focus Sash will be kept intact, and it can be used to the best of its ability. Ceruledge is also able to take out Steel-type Pokemon that Brambleghast is unable to deal with. Sinistcha is a great setup sweeper that can utilize Spikes support to steamroll through teams once it gets some Calm Mind boosts. Gholdengo also pairs nicely with Brambleghast, as not only is Gholdengo immune to Rapid Spin, but it also blocks Defog with Good as Gold, ensuring Spikes stays up. Choice Scarf Dragapult is able to deal with faster threats that would otherwise take care of Brambleghast, such as Meowscarada and Hoopa-U. Dragapult's set variety keeps the opponent guessing, which makes switches very punishing. Hisuian Zoroark is a great teammate, as it can freely disguise itself as Gholdengo and not have Stealth Rock damage give the illusion away. Skeledirge is a nice defensive teammate for Brambleghast, as it is able to deal with Steel-type Pokemon and setup sweepers that Brambleghast struggles with.

Power Whip is a great way of making sure Brambleghast is not completely passive, allowing it to hit opponents like Swampert, Glimmora, and Primarina for solid damage.
- Add in Azumarill as a example as well.

Second Paragraph:
Choice Specs Flutter Mane thrives when its would be switchins, notably Hisuian Goodra and Alolan Muk.
what does this even mean? are you implying that it thrives when the switch ins are taking constant chip dmg with spikes?

- Overall just provide examples of threats the teammates are taking out for bramble. Like What is Mane and Ceruledge taking out with hazard chip provided by bramble?

Gholdengo also pairs nicely with Hatterene, as not only is Gholdengo immune to Rapid Spin, but Good as Gold also blocks Defog, ensuring the Spikes stay up.
you mean pairs nicely with Bramble?

- Add in Scarf Pult, taking out choice scarf users like Roaring Moon, Meowscarada, and Hoopa-U for bramble with Dragon Darts and U-turn.

Will take a look after these implements, ty royal pm if you need help!

Brambleghast's unique attributes allow it to not only act not only as a hazard setter but as a hazard remover as well. (parallelism) Spikes helps offensive oriented teams deal extra chip damage to Pokemon that would otherwise stifle progress, such as Ting-Lu and Alolan Muk. Rapid Spin removes opposing hazards, helping preserve offensive teammates (RC) as well as keeping Ceruledge's Focus Sash in tact intact ("in tact" is a prepositional phrase about tact and has a different meaning from "intact"). Rapid Spin also allows teammates to forgo Heavy-Duty Boots in favor of different items. Power Whip is a great way of making sure Brambleghast is not completely passive, allowing it to hit opponents like Swampert, Glimmora, and Primarina for solid damage. Strength Sap not only allows Brambleghast to recover HP, but it also weakens physically oriented opponents that fail to OHKO it, such as Great Tusk, Barraskewda, and Hisuian Samurott. Additionally, Brambleghast outspeeds Adamant Azumarill and can OHKOes it with Power Whip. Alternatively, an An offensive EV spread with an Adamant nature can be used to surprise opponents expecting defensive Brambleghast to be weaker. ("alternatively" is a dangling modifier that references the defensive EV spread, which wasn't explicitly mentioned in this paragraph) In the this case of an offensive spread, Shadow Sneak is an option to OHKO Flutter Mane after Spikes damage. Infiltrator is preferred on offensive sets because it allows Brambleghast to ignore the effect of Reflect.

Offensive teammates greatly appreciate the entry hazard damage helping them muscle through opposing teams. Choice Specs Flutter Mane thrives when its would-be (AH) switch-ins (AH), notably Hisuian Goodra and Alolan Muk, are weakened by Spikes, turning 3HKOs into 2HKOs. Additionally, Flutter Mane is able to take out Dark- and Fire-type Pokemon, (AC) such as Mandibuzz, Greninja, and Ogerpon-H, via Moonblast and Power Gem. Ceruledge pairs nicely with Brambleghast, (AC) as Rapid Spin ensures that Ceruledge's Focus Sash will be kept in tact intact and Ceruledge it can be used to the best of its ability. Sinistcha is a great setup sweeper that can utilize Spikes support to steamroll through teams once it gets some Calm Mind boosts. Gholdengo also pairs nicely with Brambleghast, as not only is Gholdengo immune to Rapid Spin, but it Good as Gold also blocks Defog with Good as Gold (this makes the subject "Gholdengo" consistent and helps the clauses stay parallel to each other), ensuring the Spikes stays up. ("Spikes" is treated as a single object and a proper noun unless you're referring to "layers of Spikes") Choice Scarf Dragapult is able to deal with faster threats that would otherwise take care of Brambleghast, such as Meowscarada and Hoopa-U. a blue banana This is a great check! You have a really good grasp of English grammar rules in particular; most of this feedback below is Pokemon-specific stuff. As some general advice, it's helped some people to make a document with specific feedback they've recieved to have it in one place for future checks.
- The first mention of 'hazards' per paragraph should be 'entry hazards; after that, just 'hazards' is fine.
- 'Foe' refers to the opposing Pokemon, while 'opponent' refers to the opposing player. There aren'tinterchangeable.
- I changed 'the enrty hazard damage' to 'Brambleghast's Spikes damage' to clarify the subject as Brambleghast for the first sentenc of a new paragraph.
- Commas before 'and' 'but' 'or' are used to connect two independent clauses. In the sentence 'Rapid Spin ensures that Ceruledge's Focus Sash will be kept intact, (AC) and it can be used to the best of its ability', both 'Rapid Spin ensures that Ceruledge's Focus Sash will be kept intact' and 'It can be used to the best of its ability' are independent clauses, so they should be connected by a comma.
I'd recommend taking a look at GP tutoring here too https://www.smogon.com/forums/threads/gp-tutoring-info-signups-here.3714006/.
