OK if you read through some of that you would notice a few key points:
1.Something causes Gyarados to be locked into Bounce; my hypothesis is the use of the move Protect.
2.When Gyarados Bounces up, it is still able to be hit by Ice Beam from a Swampert. Interesting thing to note is that No Guard Machamp was in before this, possible connection?
3.Gyarados continues to "bounce up!" instead of actually using the move and attacking.

This glitch utterly fucks up Bouncing Gyarados, however I forgot to test if you can switch out Gyara despite the Bounce lock-in. I will update later with more info if i get any.
