Beginner sandstorm team

Hi! I'm a beginner in pokemon competitive gaming.
I hope someone can lead me / give me a master advice on this team I'm currently building,

I'm thinking of a sandstorm team composing of
Tyranitar, gliscor, excadrill, garchomp, azumarill and greninja.

1. Tyranitar @focush sash
Nature: adamant
Ability: sand storm
Moves: earthquake, ice beam, fire blast, stealth rock.

Having his natural bulk and bonus sdef during sanstorm makes him an effective lead. He can kill other team's staller such as scarmory/Ferrothorn using fire blast while set up stealth rocks. Focus sash to prevent OHKO without doing anything.

2. Gliscor @ toxic orb
Nature: impish
Ability: poison heal
Moves: substitute, earthquake, toxic, protect / substitute, sword dance, earth quake, baton pass

Gliscor, the ultimate troll. Using substitute then toxic then protect he just watch the enemy slowly die while hiding in sub/protect.

Another build is using him as a baton passer, substitute - sword dance - baton pass to excadrill or garchomp = GG.

3. Excadrill @ air balloon
Nature: adamant
Ability: sand rush
Moves: land slide, earthquake, sword dance, return.

There's nothing much to say here. Sand rush excadrill buffed with sword dance + STAB earthquake is almost unstoppable. Return is for neutral damage for those who resist his STAB moves.

4. Garchomp @ garchomptite
Nature: jolly
Ability: sand veil (sand force)
Moves: earthquake, dragon claw, return, outrage

Secondary sweeper. Just in case excadrill has leftover prey.
Out speeding majority of the main sweepers.

5. Azumarill @ life orb
Nature: adamant
Ability: huge power
Moves: play rough, aqua jet, waterfall, return

This blue little rodent is my counter for those dragons. having STAB play rough tO OHKO those dragons.
Aqua jet for revenge killing.

6. Greninja Choice Specs
Nature: hasty
Ability: protean
Moves: extra sensory, scald, ice beam, return.

I'm not sure on this but I make him as my special sweeper. Out speeding other pokemon while hitting STABs using Protean ability.

This team gave me a lot of wins but my main problem is those bulky water / grass / ice pokemon.
Lapras, venausor, mammoswine just to name a few.

I will accept your inputs and hopefully make this tea. Better.

I'm going to lock this thread because your descriptions aren't good enough, you're missing EVs, and it was posted in the wrong section. Please post gen 6 teams in the Sixth Generation Teams section. Make sure that your descriptions are at least three lines. Lastly, you need to list the EVs of all of your Pokemon. Feel free to post a thread that follows the rules in the right section of the forums.
