Thundurus gets beaten up and turns tail quite fast without asking for more. You look right, you look left, but it doesn't seem like there's any more existential threats to your well-deserved rest. So, back to it!
It seems the temperature is back to normal, as people have gone back to their regular beach activities as well, though looking rather confused about the whole affair.
And so you absorb lots of sunlight, go play in the waves with your Pokémon (Metagross almost crushing a child in the process, and you don't really know whether it was on accident or not), get ice cream and generally have a good day at last.
The real kicker comes once you try to pack up your things in the evening.
As you rummage through your backpack to find room for the towel, your fingertips brush against something you vaguely know but don't recall bringing.
Grabbing the culprits, you bring them to light and find out two shining, swilring stones have found your way into your bag. But how...?

One Saturday, you're suddenly woken up an hour (or maybe two) earlier than usual by the shrill cries of one Mawile and Altaria. That's right--today was the day you three were planning on going to the newly opened beach nearby! Quickly getting dressed and grabbing a bite to eat, you grumble a bit at the particularly early hour you've been awakened, but even you must admit that the bright sunrise and fresh cool breeze are pretty nice. Rage carries along a package of sandwiches, while Betty flies overhead clutching a picnic blanket.

After a few minutes of walking, you begin to notice the sea air. The beach is close. Betty points out a nearby orange sign, which reads "Dawncrest Beach: Open 7 AM - 6 PM to Club Members Only". While the early closing time definitely sticks out as odd, more concerning by far is the fact that you're not allowed as a non-club member.

It looks like you'll just have to go home, then. But Rage isn't having any of it. And Betty doesn't look too happy about carrying that blanket all the way for nothing, either. And the beach is right there! Umbrellas of every color line up sparsely along the shore like round flowers. The sand and seashells glitter in the sunlight. There's even a Bellossom doing a dance routine, looking to be having a great time.

The only obstacle in your way is a ten-foot-tall metallic fence with a keypad on it. If you knew the code, you'd be in there with no problem. But you don't. Your Pokemon look at you expectantly, waiting for you to come up with ideas.

TheEver, how do you get through the fence and onto the beach?

Oh no! I guess we can't get in...

:xy/mawile:
Nonsense! Metallic fence? I eat those for breakfast.

:xy/altaria:
That can't be very nutritious.

:xy/mawile:
What do you mean? It's high in iron.

Rage the Mawile will use its DPPt Pokedex entry to bite through the gate. Betty the Altaria will use Tailwind to blow away the debris and create an opening for us to get through.

DPPt Dex Entry said:
Attached to its head is a huge set of jaws formed by horns. It can chew through iron beams.

Nice Work! (+2 RPT)

With the fence broken, you and your Pokemon are free to explore the beach! Due to it being early in the day, you have your pick of prime spots to choose from. You've just about agreed on a spot for the blanket when you hear a shouting voice behind you.

"Hey! HEY!"

"Were you the ones that...broke in? That was you, wasn't it? I'll see to it that you leave and don't come back!"

The man pulls out two Poke Balls from his pocket.

You are challenged by Club President John!

"Metang, get to work fixing that fence! Dunsparce, you'll have to help against this ruffian!"

"Our latest evolution technology promises a better, more dynamic user experience. Would you like to upgrade to Metagross?"

"Shut up! You say that every time! Just get to work!"

"Hey, this is my spa time! I don't wanna battle..."

"I should've used more combos. That's where I messed up."

You have defeated Club President John!

"Alright, alright. Well I'm out of Pokemon, so I guess I have no choice but to let you in. Just don't cause any trouble. And again, make sure to leave before 6 PM. Trust me on this one."

"Our latest evolution technology promises a better, more dynamic user experience. Would you like to upgrade to Metagross?"

"Blasted machine..."

"Yes."

The Metang suddenly begins shimmering with a blinding light, to the shock of the president. You should probably get out of there before incurring the wrath of his newly evolved Metagross...

You and your Pokemon settle on a spot not too far out of the way, but still with a decent amount of personal space. The sun shines brightly overhead, while the breezes stave off its heat.

You're reading a cool book that you've been meaning to get to for a while. Rage gets to work building a formidable sand fortress. Betty, not really one for sand or water, strikes up conversations with the local Wingull population and finds them quite pleasant.

After a couple hours, you all get a bit restless and decide to go for a walk along the beach. There's a bunch of food stands closer to the road, a heated volleyball match going on, and all sorts of sand constructions being built. You also notice that the Bellossom from earlier has drawn a pretty big crowd. You're just about to turn around and loop back to your spot when a conversation between three Pokemon catches your ear:

"Um, do any of you know where the ice cream stand is? I could really use some of that right now."

"Oh yeah, it's right off the beach, in that alley over there. I can come with you."

"No, it's actually, uhh, about 50 feet out at sea. You'll have to swim there."

"What?? That doesn't even make sense! You'll give us away!"

You have only a vague idea of where the ice cream stand is, but you're pretty sure that it isn't in either the dark alley or at sea. The Snorunt doesn't seem to buy the other Pokemon's stories, either, but it seems pretty nervous about what'll happen if it doesn't comply. It looks like you need to step in here.

TheEver, how do you give the Snorunt directions on where to find the ice cream stand?

We'll find the ice cream stand for you.

Up, up, and away!

You two! Not a step closer!

Betty the Altaria will use Fly (move) to fly up and search for the ice cream stand, telling Snorunt where it is when they find it.
Rage the Mawile will use Intimidate (ability) to keep the Floatzel and Basculin at bay while Betty searches.
