Why is Body Press Zamazenta-Crowned allowed when it hasn't been released yet? Or has it been released and I am just wrong?
Well, the mon exists in NatDex, so it's allowed to be used. It looks like movesets coming w/ Home have been implemented despite them not being officially released yet, however.

Thank you for the response, but it doesn't answer why it's allowed to be used in NatDex OU despite it (the mon with the move) not being released yet.

NatDex includes everything that has released at one point or another. I can't speak to the stuff that'll be coming out with DLC or Home, but because Zamazenta is in Sword and Shield, it's available in NatDex.
(Though Zamazenta will be banned in the next banlist update)

What makes mono flying bad rn? I thought gen 9 flying was bad because of the lack of a ground type but that doesn't seem to be the case in natdex.

It's not bad, it's just overshadowed by a lot of the other strong stuff that's legal between the new additions and some of the unbans. It's still early so people are trying out all different things.

I saw Garganacl ranked on S for Rock teams despite its lack of useful typing on a type which already struggles defensively. What kind of set would Garganacl run and what would a full team structure using it look like?

A set Gargnacl would run would be Salt Cure / Recover / Body Press / Iron Defense with max HP/SpDef. Its valued for its ability to be extremely annoying, as after an ID it can end up pretty much stinky in matchups such as Dark [Without Sab/Gren], Steel [M.Sciz cant break it if it IDs as it comes in, and risks salt cure]. Ghost + Status resist matters a bit too, as this lets it annoy walls like Toxapex, Quagsire, Celesteela, and Slowbro which trouble Rock teams.

Though I cant give a full team structure right now, good team mates include M.Diancie for bouncing off hazards, Terrakion deals with stuff like M.Lop, Ttar for the sandstorm boost, and shell smash sweepers as they can go brr without worry of stinky Steel/Water types that otherwise hinder its sweep

Am realy surprise that shuckle is so low on rock viability rankings . Last gen was one of the best pokemon on it with sticky web pare with strong attackers like choise band tyrannitar and his role conpression being able to also set up rocks isen't it that good any more?

What are the pros and cons of running crobat and galarian weezing on mono poison? When would crobat be better than g-weezing and vice versa?
I'll do a comparison of sorts for you so it's easier to see.
Galar weezing: More physical bulk which allows it generally easier use to be able to switch in and check threats (as long as you pay attention to the HP), fairy typing (important vs stuff like garchomp, roaring moon, useful in the dragon matchup as you can see, while the fairy typing and ability means in a vacuum it has better resistances and whatnot overall). Access to useful tools such as will o wisp.
However, pain split is not reliable recovery, it holding black sludge means it gets chipped by the rocks it's supposed to defog and is shaky (I emphasise this cause you can win vs these, but it's risky if you don't know the interactions) vs kyurem, hydreigon and gmolt (despite being designed to help in those mus, we'll get into this later). Other interactions like mold breaker excadrill means you have to be extremely careful.

Crobat: actual immunity unlike levitate to help play around pokemon such mold breaker excadrill (assuming choice lock of course), reliable recovery in roost (unlike pain split galar weezing holds), higher speed tier and brave bird to check mons such as non-scarfed cinderace, greninja, meowscarda, alakazam, torn t in a pinch, but most importantly, mega gallade (something galar weezing can barely do at best), infiltrator with toxic (important because you get to deter sub roost kyurem, sub plot hydreigon and the potential sub plot g molt from breaking down your team), can hold boots to ignore stealth rock and thus reliably defog them without getting chipped on switchin (which is what you want for a defogger)
However, does not have the sheer bulk or unique and great typing that galar weezing has. Can be hard to switch in sometimes as a result and takes a bit better positioning.

As you can see from this, they both cover different mus and whatnot despite both functioning as the ground immunity for the team. They are both good for poison. It just depends on what you want to cover and play to.

How are people feeling about the new Pokemon?

How are Gouging Fire, Raging Bolt, Iron Crown, Iron Boulder, Hydrapple and Archuladon doing on their respective types?
Raging bolt is bad in a sense that it doesnt offer anything for either types its in that other mons already cover.

Iron Crown has a funky speed but can find use as a choice specs user in steel

Iron Boulder is extremely helpful on both its types, Scarf outpaces and murders Meowscarada while not getting OHKO'ed by Mach Punch at +2 for Rock, SD sets can function as a Steel/Poison breaker and relieves you from using Mega Gallade if wanted, and Z moves lets you do something funny vs Corviknight.

Hydrapple isnt useless, but fitting him in is hard, so he's only slightly better than Raging Bolt in that regard.

Gouging Fire is a great mon. Mainly a DD user in Fire, it can perform Defensive DD sets on dragon, and both Phys and Spdef have merit. Its a steel-breaker that isnt harmed by Burns, and its ability to outpace scarf exca (compared to Kommo-o) is notable.

Archuladon is ok as an entry hazard setter for dragon, Stamina is great for countering Triple Axel, the bad SpDef isnt as bad, but if you want a proper Fairy counter Hisuian Goodra is better. On Steel its not that great, Steel wants fast attackers and has no shortage of bulky ones so...

I hope this helps :blobnom:

could sticky web masquerain work with mono flying?
Not really, since extremely offensive Flying teams prefer Aerodactyl's ability to stop rocks (Taunt), set your own rocks, and possibly set up tailwind (which works similarly to sticky webs). As Masq cant do those and only provide webs and possibly stun spore, its outclassed by the dino.

That being said, Hyperoffensive Flying is a bit niche, as balance Fly is more consistent since teams here are quite bulky.

I hope this answers your question.

Hi! Why is Mega-Mawile banned? Have tried scouring threads but can't seem to find an answer
Mega Mawile possesses really good bulk and is able to circumvent its poor speed with sucker punch. While such wallbreaking prowess isn't really uncommon in monotype, the ability to just pick its counters (Fire Fang means Skarm/Celes arent checks anymore, Play Rough just murders, Knock Off makes long-term checks struggle harder) along with the screens support Fairy has and Steel's defensive core makes it too much for the meta rn.

How often are the Viability Rankings updated? Thank you in advance.
The next VR update will be after NDMPL (so around June)
