This fan-favorite frog has proved to be a dominating force in the current metagame! Its combination of insanely high Special Attack and Speed, powerful STAB coverage, Spikes, and its transformation giving it reliable priority makes Ash-Greninja one of the most popular Pokemon in the tier. Greninja is often difficult to predict, as the opponent cannot tell it is Ash-Greninja until it makes a move and reveals that it doesn't have Protean. Ash-Greninja makes for a great offensive Spikes setter due to the fact that it is able to force many foes to switch in fear of being KOed, which is furthered by opponents not wanting to let Greninja transform. Water Shruiken provides Ash-Greninja with reliable priority that can be used to revenge kill faster threats like Choice Scarf Landorus-T and Hawlucha once weakened. Greninja loves being with Pokemon that appreciate its wallbreaking support, and Pokemon like Heatran and Kartana can get rid of bulky Pokemon like Assault Vest Tapu Bulu and Toxapex that Ash-Greninja struggles with.

This isnt that big of a deal if you cant fix it but the wording here is a bit awkward cause you list qualities it obtains once transformed (insane spatk and speed, reliable priority) and qualities it has by default (good stabs and spikes) so it implies that reliable priority is the only perk it gains when it transforms, maybe rearrange the list and word the last bit differently to make it more clear or something. Also, list examples of things water shuriken lets it revenge (weakened hawlucha, scarf lando, etc) when you get to that point. Oh and unslash surf its definitely not worth a slash. Rest seems pretty good, straight forward mon not much to say here 1/1

• Unslash Surf. Missing Hydro Pump sucks, but the additional power of Hydro Pump is more often than not better. Plus Water Shuriken can somewhat act as your 100% accurate Water-type STAB, so you don't Surf as much.
• Slash Waterium Z behind Choice Specs.
• I wouldn't say "incredibly difficult", I think you're overstating it a bit. One move and you already know what Greninja it is. Of course, you still need to pivot around it, but in Renegerator meta it's not all that bad.
• Also mention most of Ash-Greninja's checks can be worn down by its own Spikes, which is really nice for wallbreaking purposes.
• I'd add Toxapex over AV Magearna on Ash-Greninja checks because AV Gear isn't all that great of a switch in (gets 3hkoed after a round of Spikes).
