Resource Anything Goes Speed Tiers

[Catalystic]

The formatting for the speed tiers is as follows:

1. The first number is the speed of the Pokemon
2. The Pokemon's name comes second
3. The third item is the base speed of the pokemon
4. The fourth item is modifier (if it exists) from the nature
5. The fifth Item is the EVs
6. The sixth item is the boosts (this can come from choice scarf and other boosts such as dragon dance and tailwind)
7. The seventh item if it exists is the IVs for the pokemon, which is by default 31

Example

493 / Rayquaza-Mega / 115 / Neutral / 252 / +1

This is a Rayquaza-Mega, which has 115 base speed. After it has set up a dragon dance, it is at +1 speed, and this set runs maximum speed EVs of 252 with a Neutral nature. Rayquaza reaches a speed of 493.
