Let's say you want to submit an idea to Smogon or Pokemon Showdown. Do you submit ideas because you want the glory, or do you just want to make a difference in the website without the care WHO takes the credit? Regardless of which, you are NOT ANONYMOUS!
Now, why would I want to be anonymous?
* You may be nervous, shy, or introverted.
* People will be able to view your idea from a blank slate.
* It prevents biases and creates more open judgment.
* Not everyone wants the credit, they just want the new idea and nothing more.
Everyone is different. Some people like attention and others don't. Regardless of which, there absolutely should be a choice!
