Rejected - Inactive Add Scarf Tiers To Teambuilder

So I've gotten really annoyed at having to pop open my calculator to find out scarf speed tiers especially for when im creeping speed tiers/certain threats/checking if i outspeed x for revenge killing. It'd be cool to have a way to see the speed tiers in the teambuilder to help streamline the process
