Invalid Add an item limitation and add a new tier between OU and Uber

Hi Guys, are you sick of it too that almost every single mon has the same item? I‘ve seen matches with almost 6 heavy duty boots or 2,3 scarfed which is crazy and what I also what to mention is there should be an extra Ou tier because there are some broken ones like for example gouging fire and they don’t belong to UBER either so thats why I think we need an extra tier. I am sorry for my english guys I am from germany
