As far as I can tell, Piloswine's HA is still locked, so I guess this works. Also, according to a past claim, Electrelk should know Endeavor and Helping Hand, but I forgot to include the moves in its profile. I don't mind if it's not allowed to use the moves, but I'd like to know either way.
