Keep in mind to avoid flavor text when writing analyses! We want to get the most amount of information out in the lowest amount of space.

Be sure to start your analysis in bullet point format, and only transition to paragraphs after 2 QC checks have happened.

[SET COMMENTS]
Set comments should normally be broken up into two paragraphs.

The first paragraph discusses specifically the moves of the Pokemon (what they are used to beat, be it specific Pokemon or archetypes), and the purpose of the EVs, as well as the purpose of any alternative EVs that have been included in the set.

The second paragraph discusses these four points:
  • How to use the Pokemon (if applicable). (if the Pokemon is more complicated than 'click the move that hits hardest', talk about it)
  • Explain complicated matchups, if necessary.
  • Lay out exceptions to archetypes that you normally beat that readers should be aware of. (Choice Band Dracovish usually beats Fire-type Pokemon with Fishious Rend, but speedy Arcanine and SubSwarm Volcarona are exceptions that should be listed)
  • List out generalized teammates or excellent specific teammates to help in areas the Pokemon struggles with. (Points like 'Bring Fairy-types to beat Dragon-types, who hit you super effectively' should be avoided, as thats just type effectiveness, i.e. extremely simplistic)
