Modest Max Sp. Atk Bliss OHKOes without Tera. It's still really bulky too.

Possibly you chip Gliscor first, then use ice beam. It's also a guaranteed OHKO if you go the ADV OU route and use max sp. atk modest Blissey, which worked for ADV OU.
