Long answer:Lugia got nerfed hard in gen 9 getting rid of literally all its utility now it just attacks and recovers. This is an ubers based metagame so the power level is a lot higher.

Gallade is absolutely crazy. I always fear that I’ll let it in for free whenever i see it in team preview. Agility is a good set but honestly you give this mon any set and it destroys.
