Rejected New Ruleset
Maybe an illegality ruleset for tours for when people when wanna do a tour with such rules? (Ie /tour rules illegal moveset) Tried to do a tour with customgame so I could illegal abilities and moves but the other tiers are not overriden.- Adrianic Love
