Rotom-W seems like it could be a good replacement for Rotom-H; it'd help with your Water weakness and could help you against Fire types too. I'd also second Omastar's comments about swapping out Discharge considering your Rotom has Specs and only Toadscruel to be immune to it.

Hydreigon is also a good answer - it's faster, can tera-steel to withstand Make it Rain more easily, and has STAB Dark Pulse if Gholdengo hasn't tera'd.

If you're referring to a pokeball stuck into the ground I've seen that before and it seems like a bug of some sort - I've seen it in a couple of the titan dens during cutscenes even though there's no way the player could get them.

I think it might just be a low chance - I've only found one Blaze Breed Tauros and it was in a normal pack of Tauros. The different appearance will show up in the overworld.

Dudunsparce seems like it might be a better idea - you get higher speed for paraflinching or even a freeze/burn before the enemy can attack!

So I did a bit of testing with this and it definitely seems to be something to do with the Pokemon originating in GO/Let's Go - I brought a couple of Steelix from US to other 8th-gen games (one in PLA, one in SP) before bringing them into Sword, and both could be used in raids.

For your first Weezing the issue might be that it was caught in Pokemon GO and is in a Master Ball - I don't know if GO/Let's Go transfers can change the Pokemon's ball but Master Balls aren't available in GO.

My guess is that it's either for neatness in trade threads, or just in case a special version of Foul Play is ever made. I can't think of any other reasons!
