I see a cm rachi weakness. Your best way of dealing with it is hp fire and heatwave, which after calm minds, rachi's gonna have a field day with. I would suggest a perish song Celebi in place of gengar. You still get something to take ground and fighting moves, and fixes up your cm rachi weakness.

Starmie sounds like a VERY good replacement. I'm just kinda reluctant to change it since as I mentioned, I first built my team around her. But nevertheless I will try Starmie in the place.

I can see a tauntrados weakness here. I suggest a Rotom-A in place of gliscor, who really doesn't accomplish much except for baton passing swords dance to Weavile which it cac do for himself.

Toxic on gengar is just... Terrible. Replace it with substitute. This lets it fare much better against steel types and take out things that would otherwise outspeed and kill it. And you're team isn't really steel weak at all, So magnezone could be replaced with another support/sweeper pokemon...
