    Most Generation PRNG Help / Information

    Are Unown in FRLG to unpredictable to RNG? I was hoping to find out before I go on this endeavor to RNG them all. I've noticed a pattern where the first four and last four digits of the Hex PID swap. I'm having trouble pinpointing where exactly I am in the RNG Frame.

    Unless my eyes are deceiving me, the encounter slot table for Emerald (Super Rod) shows Gyarados in Petalburg City, he's only obtainable in Sootopolis City. Should I just assume that was some sort of typo and treat it as it actually being Sootopolis City rather than what it actually says...

    So on Pokemon Emerald, for wild Pokemon. How often does Method 2 get replaced by Method 4? I'm having the most annoying occurrence of landing on Method 4 whenever I'm aiming for a Method 2 wild encounter. So is this just bad luck or should I prepare for a switch every time?

    If using a Power item and Destiny Knot are the 6 IVs guaranteed to pass over to the baby? I'm assuming if this is the case the only thing that isn't controllable is the Nature & Ability (which has no control to begin with). Much appreciated.
