I'd say Dhelmise is the worst UU grass type b/c tsareena and decidueye are at least decent when used correctly. Speaking of which, is Roserade likely to drop again?

Even though decidueye is a niche Pokémon at best in OU, I think it will do quite well in UU or RU.

It was just a general statement for the many people who were surprised about its speed stat. I wasn't referring to anyone in specific or anything like that.

I don't know why people are constantly complaining about decidueye's speed, it's based of an archer, and archers, while they shoot fast, they don't necessarily move or run that fast.
