Add tier filters to old-gen teambuilder
When I'm teambuilding for Gen4OU, I often want to filter by "OU" and sort by speed. However it doesn't seem to be possible to filter by "OU", whereas this is possible in Gen8 teambuilder. This is also a problem for other old gens I believe. I'm not sure if there are other similar filters...- Olliert

Sanstorm Balance ~1950-2000 ACRE on 3-4 accounts
