    As far as I can tell from the Nobel Prize site, there can be thousands of these nominations. I assume that whoever nominated Obama thought that he could be a contestant by the time of the actual decision, not that he already deserved the prize for his 11 (?) days as president.

    I really like Wyverii's normal sprites, and right now it's still my favourite by a long shot, but I don't like the shiny colours at all. :|

    That looks really good, Wyverii, it's definitely my favourite as of yet. The only thing that bothers me is that the necks and legs don't look like lightning, but more like physical necks.

    I believe something like that has been suggested before, but it was shot down because artists then can't showcase their work beforehand and make changes based on what people think of them.

    I was under the impression that this (making accounts months before) was primarily done with alts that would be discovered while checking IPs anyway. The thing I posted was mostly to deal with recruiting "from the outside".
