    Build that Core!

    SkarmBliss is really dropping in usefulness and and effectiveness, I feel. Blissey, despite humongous HP and Sp. Defence, it's attack and defence is sorely lacking. As a core, it should have strong moves, backed up by STAB(hopefully), and be able to counter it's counters/opposite super effective...
