How does the cute charm lead works? I want to go for a shiny eevee and I require a cute charm lead (50% M), what's the meaning of that?

Can't RNG Latios in B2, is not timer0 troll, there's something else bothering me i can't even get the IVs. I stopped that wNPC so is not that. I think that step before battling is what's bothering me, any suggestions?

When RNG abusing Latios in B2, is there anything that can advance the PID frame? There are two NPCs but they are in another area, do i have to stop them first?

I can't find any shiny seeds. Every RNG i do they are all up to the thousands. Is there anything i can do to get lower shiny frames?

Hey, how about applying a point or experience system in the forum. Like things you have to do to get points and climb positions in the community. Just an idea that i came up with when looking other Pokemon forums :)

Be sure to check the BW2 box just to calculate initial frame when doing PID. Uncheck before clicking generate.
