  1. The nightmare before, The Nightmare before Christmas! *An Uber Warstory*

I wouldn't say that. Some teams are absolutely wrecked by Spikes (like mine).
  2. A real life warstory? *gasp*

Yeah, that's a tip, NU Pokes NEED Focus Sashes. Unfortunately the only NU spinner is Delibird (lol) who takes 50% switching into all forms of Spikes. I suppose his Swampert didn't really need Roar since he had a Phazer in Skarmory. And if his Blissey had Thunder Wave it wouldn't really have...
  3. *Fighting through the Sand* A warstory

Uh... was quoting the whole thing necessary? >.>
  4. A real life warstory? *gasp*

I guess it's supposed to be a surprise move to cripple its defensive counters, but since most Alakazam switch-ins have Natural Cure, it seems pointless. Maybe he couldn't think of anything better to put there? And I had gotten my hopes up that he didn't even have Skarmory, sending out Swampert...
  5. A real life warstory? *gasp*

Like I said, Wormodam was at full health and I loaded up a bit on HP EVs, and it has 105 Base SpDef, so it could have survived a hit and Leaf Storm'd it.
  6. *Fighting through the Sand* A warstory

Haha, I love this. It was actually pretty funny. Good job on winning. I would congratulate you for using UU in an OU environment, but I top that by using an all-NU team. =P
  7. A real life warstory? *gasp*

Infernape Kong here to bring another real-life warstory. I made a bet with my friend that if I couldn't beat his OU team with my OU, UU, and NU team without losing, he could have any of my Pokes that he wanted. Seems pretty challenging, but his team couldn't stop my Floatzel + Scizor pair, and...
  8. A Raichu set that looks awesome on paper

Actually, once you Countersash/Coatsash something you're left at 1 HP. In other words, Flail and Reversal range.
  9. A Raichu set that looks awesome on paper

    CounterSash IS awesome. I recently swept someone with a Sucker Punch/Counter/Flail Spinda by surprise KO'ing his Garchomp. I warstoried that battle unfortunately Aeolus rejected it. ^_^;
  10. The Counter Game

Uh, Rattata loses its Sash to anything it switches into, and Quick Attack by itself doesn't do much, so not exactly a counter.
  11. The Counter Game

Magnezone @ Leftovers 252 HP / 252 SpAtt Modest Nature - Subsitute - HP Ice - Thunderbolt - Thunder Wave Sorry, we're done with the NUs. XD
  12. Ursaring: Thats a lot of power. Discussion

On Serebii it said that it doesn't double speed, on Smogon it said that it did. I trust Smogon more. And yeah, 25% Paralysis does suck. How's this? Gengar @ Focus Sash 252 Att/Spd / 4 HP Jolly Nature - Protect - Hypnosis - Explosion - Shadow Ball Ursaring @ Focus Sash 252 Att/Spd / 4 HP...
  13. Best item for a Yanmega?

On a late-game Yanmega, I'd use Expert Belt. Life Orb recoil sucks when switching into Stealth Rocks when sandstorm is in play. You lose 50% when you switch in, then 16% every turn.
  14. Perhaps a new Rayquaza set?

That's not all that bad of an idea. It sounds like it could work. But does Gyro Ball only hit one opponent in Double Battles?
  15. The Counter Game

Hippowdon @ Leftovers 252 Def/252 HP/4 Att Impish - Earthquake - Slack Off - Roar - Thunder Fang It can only be hurt by Close Combat, and if you do that more than once you get owned by EQ thanks to Def drop. Since I'm only countering Hariyama, the last slot can potentially Paralyze.
  16. Perhaps a new Rayquaza set?

Uh, interesting, could work as a surprise... Unfortunately DD Rayquaza is much more practical and those who resist dragon resist steel as well.
  17. Is Blissey truly gamebreaking?

This is who can set up Sub without it being broken by Seismic Toss: They must have 100 Base HP or be a Ghost type. I think my counting was a little off, how's this: First we start off with 57 Pokemon with Base 100 HP or higher. We subtract 11 from that because there are eleven ubers with that...
  18. Is Blissey truly gamebreaking?

So please, DON'T pull a "I wish people read my posts instead of saying crap" out of your rear.
  19. Is Blissey truly gamebreaking?

Okay then, I'll go ahead and list the advantages Blissey has. First of all, Cradily has an Ice weak. You mentioned how important Bolt-Beam is when discussing Regice, so that really hurts Cradily's walling capabilities. Second of all, Regice has a Stealth Rock weak, meaning it takes 25% every...
  20. Deoxys-e Discussion Thread

Yepp. Still though, it isn't an assured OHKO without Stealth Rock, and if it puts more EVs into HP it can survive. Plus who runs Duggy? XD
