Don't listen to what Francois said, he has no idea how to play this game, which is obvious from his RMT (He used a mind plate on Claydol). I say keep the items, but change Rotom-W to a more defensive Rotom as this would balance your team out a bit more.

You have a lot of choice users, but decent team over all. It seems like a defensive Zapdos variant would work better to balance your team a bit more, or at the very least use a life orb.

Is this a trick room team? If so, why do you have a scarfer, and why does only one Poke run Trick Room? And it seems like curselax should just run 252 HP/252 SpD as Curse will continuously raise his Def.
