    I'm GMT-4. 5:30 PM today (3:30 PM your time) would be great, or after 9 PM (7 PM your time) tomorrow, Thursday or Saturday. After 3 PM (1 PM your time) Sunday also works well for me. I have many more daytime availabilities, but those are the ones that overlap with your range.
