GMT -5, free Wednesday depending on how stuff goes, but i have a lunch break at 1 pm your time Friday-Sunday

I could do wed evening my time. Either ~6:30pm or at ~8pm.
Otherwise, 1pm weekend works, but I'm not sure which day is better yet.
