Ok, I can do from 11:30am - 11pm Sunday +11 or 9am - 11pm Monday +11, so seems like sometime after 9am Monday +11 (which should be 10pm Sunday for you) is the best option

Again, I literally finish work at 10pm Sunday. So 11 would be a little better if possible

That's fine, as I was saying I'm free from 9am til late Monday+11, so anytime after 10pm+0, whether that's 11 or 12 or whatever is fine
