8:30 AM Sunday works for me (+5:30) pretty well. Should be 11:PM Saturday for you. Is that okay?

that would work, I would prefer weekdays but if you aren't available on weekdays I can do that

I can't do weekdays till Sunday, but if you take an extension, I can do 7:AM my time Monday-Wednesday. But I would like to do it Sunday though.

On further thought 7 AM might be bad for me. If it is ext Mon-Wed I'd like to do it at 7 PM my time
