Hi there, I'm gmt-5 and either before work or after work on weekdays, weekend more preferable if a sub is available

So in my morning I have from about 4am-5am, and after work when i get home around 5:30pm my time and onwards i'm free, but up to 9pm at the latest (all in my times)
