I can play pretty much anytime after 17:00 gmt-5, would prefer to play sometime between 18:00-22:00

Our time zone difference is 10.5 hrs, your 18:00 means my 4:30 early in the morning. It's not feasible for me. Could you please manage to play at 12 noon your time zone?
