In terms of clauses:
Gen 4: OHKO, Evasion Moves, Species, Sleep Clause Mod, Endless Battle
Gen 5: OHKO, Evasion Moves, Species, Sleep Clause Mod, Evasion Abilities, Swagger, Moody, Endless Battle
Gen 6: OHKO, Evasion Moves, Species, Sleep Clause Mod, Swagger, Moody, Endless Battle

Actually the only non-standard clause turned out to be Gen 4 which has Evasion Abilities Clause; the other clauses are already included by OU in the relevant generation. You'll also see that abilities that are already banned by the rulesets won't be explicitly banned (e.g. evasion abilities in Gen 4). I just need to find a good time to hotpatch the change in.

I was able to hotpatch the formats in, so you can now find them under ORAS Singles, BW2 Singles and Past Generations respectively.

There are some clause differences between Gen 4 and 5 OU and NFE
In 4 and 5, NFE outright banned Baton Pass but it's legal in the OU's with restrictions
In 5, OU banned Sand Rush and Sleep outright but Rush is legal in NFE and Sleep is limited to one mon
