GMT -6 (well technically GMT -5 because of DST). I can do pretty much any time on the weekend (apart from Sunday evening), just dictate it and I can make time for it. Alternatively, between 8pm and 11pm on weekdays can work, although I'd prefer to have a date and specific time so I don't have to be logged on the whole time.
