Trolling in C&C happens a lot, such as here: http://www.smogon.com/forums/threads/my-first-gen-6-team.3490836/ but it involved no warnings. If said users do that again I'll probably actaully warn them.

Not like I was happy with the posts in there, but it was a classic "guy doesn't know where to post, asks a question, is treated like an idiot" scenario

that shouldn't end with a "well if they do it again ill give them a slap on the wrist"

users from both of those threads should be infracted

Not sure why you're telling me what to do, especially considering that the example was a supermod locking and not infracting them.
