Welcome to Week 1 of RBEL, the brand new tournament where up-and-coming players compete in teams with up-and-coming managers for their chance to show their prowess in Random Battles!

All matches are Best-Of-Three.

Standard Tournament Procedures
Like all other tournaments on Smogon, the Random Battles Extension League will follow the general rules and guidelines. Please read them carefully. Also note that replays are required.
What constitutes ghosting in a Random Battles game can be a particularly fine line, so before commenting in a RBEL game, always ask yourself: “Would my comment reveal information that hasn’t already been explicitly revealed in this battle?” Examples of ghosting include suggesting that an unexpectedly fast Pokemon might be holding a Choice Scarf, etc.

The deadline for all games is Monday February 5th at 5AM UTC. Good luck, and have fun!
